If I could give a zero I would! I was given a gift voucher to use here. I have tried approximately 10x to call Lucy over the last month. No one picks up the phone and Lucy rarely replies to text messages. I managed to get one appointment booked which was then cancelled as Lucy had covid but she has since not returned my calls and messages. I have requested a refund for the gift voucher but this was also ignored! Totally unprofessional and basically theft!

Very lovely lady… Lucy is very professional and actually cares about her clients! I got a Hollywood Wax and she paid a lot of attention to detail. Her prices are well worth it. I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer. Highly recommended

Update: Bad customer service... Cancelled my appointment twice in a row.. Had to ask for my money back and she gave me very untimely replies which was very unprofessional in my opinion. Quite disappointed.
