Misa nails was not a good service at all.

Got into the shop at 6:15pm. Asked if they had some time to do Shellac Manicure.. Which they said “Yes, we have time”
I show them the nail design for the lady to tell me “Sorry your nails is too short” which I understand but I have had them done like this before.

They then proceeded to rush my appointment, change my nail tech in the middle of the appointment to the OWNER of the shop. THE OWNER then tells me I have “Baby finger nails.”

Then charged me £40 for a rushed Shellac Manicure because the owners husband had showed up to take her home.

My nails were also covered in the finishing polish, I had to pick round the nail to get it all off.

People should feel cared for when coming to get a service not Shamed for what they have.

What I got vs what I wanted to exactly the same but with some smiley face and a cloud over the French tip.

Amazing unkind people absolutely love my nails only took around 20 minutes which is amazing and they’ve stayed on and look amazing and not wonky at all best service ever.

This nail shop is probably the worst one I’ve ever gone to. If you want to leave the salon HAPPY, DO NOT GO HERE. You may walk out with average nails but your experience of a relaxing time where your choices and voice is heard in regards to your nail preferences will be ruined. They are so judgmental and rude. From the owner herself , Lily, to her boyfriend and the rest of the staff that work there.. they all have the worst attitude. I tried to give them a chance as it was the closest to my area but my experience was below the minimum standard of service. I walked out unhappy with the service, which ISNT JUST ABOUT THE NAILS. I walked out irritated and unhappy with the treatment I received WHEN I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER. The only one with skills to do nails correctly and neatly is Lily herself. The other staff which I had the opportunity to experience nail service from, all have no patience and rush their work and genuinely seem like they Hate their job. Especially the lady which looks to be the eldest one there. She did my nails and when I complained about the shape being uneven on several nails, she huffed and puffed and called me TOO PICKY?? excuse me?? I am paying you to do my nails, I DO NOT WANT WONKY UNEVEN NAILS !! It’s as if they want you to sit there and be quiet and not have any input in the process of the nails. As soon as I spoke or said anything about the nails, BEAR IN MIND THIS HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIME, the staff would immediately start speaking their own language across me to each other. This is rude and unprofessional. There was another incident where I wanted to get French tips and the Eldest lady who works there was doing them for me, I was not happy with the way she did the white French tips on several of the nails as it was messy and not done neatly at all. After wiping several times and not being able to get it done properly each time, she swapped out with Lily who managed to do them nicely but in SUCH AN AGITATED AND RUDE way. She was again, complaining that I’m too picky. I WISH I had a photo to show you all from before she swapped in to help. This whole salon is just NEGATIVE VIBES. They all seem to hate their job, they don’t want to be there and it’s really obvious to see and that reflects in their attitude and work and professionalism. I have now changed to a different salon which is close by called NAIL ART in north finchley and they are THE BEST. so so friendly, great attitude and service and you leave feeling so happy. Never ever going back to MISA NAILS again and I recommend you don’t aswell.
