Very disappointing experience. The staff were rude and unprofessional. During threading, my skin was torn in multiple places, causing pain, burning, and marks that may take months to heal.
I was told to pay cash only, and when I didn’t have it, they initially asked to hold my documents and later kept my bag until I returned with the payment, which was completely unacceptable. They were also reluctant to provide a receipt at first.
Would not recommend.

I wouldn’t even give this place one star. I have very short hair, yet I was charged £35, while my friend with much longer hair was only charged £25. That already felt unfair.

When I explained the style I wanted, they completely ignored my request and just did their usual cut without listening. The whole experience felt very impersonal and careless.

The hair wash was especially uncomfortable—the staff member was pulling my hair, which made it quite painful. On top of that, I was left waiting while they attended to walk-in clients ahead of me, even though I was already there.

The staff were also talking among themselves in a way that made me feel unwelcome. Overall, the service was unprofessional, unkind, and disappointing. I would not recommend this place.

Very bad service. Very bad attitude from the nail technician as if they are not interested. Hairstylists did permanent keratin treatment on my hair, after one wash it was all back to my normal hair. They charged too much and their service is very bad.

I’ve had my hair cut at this salon before with no problems, but my recent visit was very disappointing. I went in for a wash, cut and blow-dry, and the experience felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. The hairdresser washed my hair very aggressively, and while combing it he kept saying loudly to other customers and hairdressers that my hair was “too dry” and “not good”, repeatedly pushing a keratin treatment. He was pointing around the salon and talking about my hair in front of others, which made me feel embarrassed and disrespected. If you’re looking for a relaxing and respectful experience for the money you pay, I would suggest avoiding this place.

I had my nails done a week and a half ago full set gel and the time she did my nails it didn’t look like she was putting in enough effort with enough glue or acrylic. I never had my nail done by this nail lady before. I’ve been a customer for so long and I hate them giving a different nail technician to do my nails because it’s just not the same. My nail has been sliding off one by one. So I went there yesterday to show them and they blamed me that my actual nail is too small that the nail they put on is too long thats why they falling off. Also I should had my actual false nail cut down also saying she will glue the ones that slid off to glue them back on I couldn’t tell if that was a joke or was she serious. But I don’t feel that the case I just don’t feel that the nail technician was putting enough effort in putting the enough glue and enough Acrylic to keep it firm on the nail.
It actually felt weak after having them done loose, and thin compare to previous times I’ve had my nails done. . I don’t feel happy how I got the blame and all that the main nail technician lady did was just to do replacements for the ones that came off. They should have offer me a refund or give a full set again. They should allow us to pick a technician that we feel comfortable with to do our nails and not give us different because I have lost my trust in the various efforts if it’s gonna be less or strong effort in doing your nails. It’s just not the same consistent.
I don’t feel to go back again I just don’t feel they should treat me that way since I’ve been coming there for so long. I’ve never had this problem before was that nail technician knew that time I had my nails done it was just her and a man technician and it was busy that time. It wasn’t rushed. I just won’t be going back again it has disappointed me so much. They need to stop blaming their customers.

My autistic cousin got her hairstyle here

She normally cries whenever she gets her haircut. But here she was very happy cuz they got the direct amount of hair she wanted to cut off and did her hair the way she wanted

By not cutting off random amounts and not listening to her the man who cut her hair his name was"Rahman" he's a very nice guy

The haircut only cost 40 quid

I’m writing this based on my friend’s experience, which was very disappointing.

After the service was completed, she was refused the option to pay by card and told it was cash only, something that was not made clear beforehand. This forced her to leave the salon to withdraw cash, during which she was scammed at a nearby ATM for £500.

On top of that, she was unhappy with the hair colouring, as the result did not match what had been discussed.

Refusing card payments after a service puts customers in a difficult and vulnerable position. Overall, this was a stressful and unprofessional experience, and not one we would recommend.

I have my eyebrows threaded here regularly and they always do a great job for a bargain price.
More recently had a lash tint and lift and WOW! What a difference! Cost £25 - absolute bargain and they look incredible! Thanks so much team!

Even her associate looked shocked. Then she wanted me to pay!!
