I’m very upset and fed up with this place.
I have given 5 stars before because I loved my nails but they have no consistency. The shop is always shut down/ closed. I can never find an appointment, the prices in Fresha app are always wrong and yesterday I was waiting all day to go to my booked appointment at 6.30 and I went all the way there to find it closed!!!!!!
Their stupid app system accepted my booking and no one informed me that they would be closed again and I had to find last minute any place just to take off the gel at least, before travelling.
Seriously, they do such a beautiful job and they mess up with this ridiculous service. So disorganised. If you have a special occasion, do not rely on to them. You will be disappointed.

I found her on instagram and decided to go do my nails for my birthday! She is so unprofessional, she was in a rush to finish that i had to ask her few times to complete the steps she needs to, AND she still forgot to apply top coat, which resulted in the design fading within the same day! Photos speak for themselves! First time that i go to a nail salon and my nails break so quickly! I wish i had read the reviews here earlier.

I came late last year and the set was so great I had to come back. I’ve just had acrylic extensions with red chrome and they’re literally perfect. Took 1.5h and the vibes in the shop were 5*.

And my nails & pedicures always come out great! 😁 The girl’s creativity is amazing too!
