Can’t believe I paid £20 to have my hands destroyed. They looked fine before I had the gel polish & now they’re in pain and look terrible. Not even a nice job of shaping them. Definitely won’t be going back.

I've had gel extensions and shellac manicures here about 6-8 times. They are cheap, quick and do the manicures very well. I've never had my manicure peel, even after one month. As they are close to where I live, it's convenient for me.

However, their customer service needs work. There's not much of a greeting. When you're getting your nails done, they don't make an effort to have a conversation with you or build a relationship. They talk in a different language most of the time.

Another major thing is that the hygiene is really poor. The desks are always dirty from previous manicures. They don't sterilise their equipment. There are no cleaning products in sight. Towels look reused and dirty.

This has been my salon for 12 years - there is nowhere else as good. These ladies have been like family over the years. Big love for their skill, hard work and charm.
