Hi Crystal, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. However, we would like to clarify that your acrylic nails were done on 4th February, and this review was posted over 3 months later. Acrylic nails normally require maintenance or infills every 2–3 weeks depending on daily activities and aftercare.

Regarding cuticle work, this is an additional service which is charged separately and explained to customers before proceeding. We always aim to provide professional and polite customer service to every client, so we are disappointed to hear you felt otherwise.

We genuinely value all feedback and always encourage customers to contact us directly shortly after their appointment if there are any issues, so we have the opportunity to help and resolve them.

Thank you for your feedback. We take hygiene and client safety extremely seriously, and we must clarify that the concerns raised in this review are not accurate.

All our tools are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and sterilised in accordance with UK health and safety regulations. Our procedures are regularly inspected, and we have never had any cases of infection or health issues reported.

We do not use “dirty tools,” and any implication that we put clients at risk of serious diseases is misleading and unfair. If you had any concerns during your visit, we would have welcomed the opportunity to address them immediately at the salon.

We strongly disagree with this review and believe it misrepresents what actually occurred during your visit.

Throughout your appointment, our staff checked with you multiple times, and no concerns were raised until after the service was fully completed. The work was delivered exactly as booked and in line with professional salon standards.

At the time of your visit, you were the only customer in the salon. Therefore, your statement referring to the treatment of “other customers” is factually incorrect and misleading, as no other clients were present.

You have visited our salon on multiple occasions. If our service had not met an acceptable standard, it is unlikely that you would have continued to return.

On this occasion, your dissatisfaction arose only after you changed your mind and requested a completely different colour once the service had already been completed. As clearly stated in our salon policy, this constitutes a new service and requires an additional charge. Expecting further work without payment is unreasonable.

In addition, the colour you selected was milky white, which is a sheer shade and normally requires three coats to achieve an even and polished finish. This was standard and expected for this colour.

However, after the second coat had been applied, you decided that you no longer liked the colour and requested to change to a completely different shade. Prior to starting the service, our staff had already shown you multiple colour options, but you confirmed your decision to proceed with milky white.

We categorically reject the allegation that our staff were rude or disrespectful. Declining unpaid additional work does not constitute poor customer service.
