Very poorly run nail salon. While the staff were polite, the overall quality of work, hygiene standards, and products used were extremely poor. My feet were soaked before gel removal, which was then done using a drill—an unsafe practice that significantly increases the risk of infection. As a result, my toenail was damaged, and the overlay applied was poorly done. The product appeared bubbly, and dead skin removal was inadequate despite minimal need. Overall, a disappointing experience and not a place I would recommend.

Got a pedi and manicure with gel nails. The process was nice and relaxing but my first gel nail chipped after 3 days and the next 2 after 5 days. It wasnt a cheap service so I expected more.

The worst pedicure I’ve ever had, I’ve been having them for over 20yrs.
I was in a rush so I decided to pop into the first one I came across in Whitton High Street.
Wow biggest mistake ever.
I repeatedly told the girl there was still skin on my feet that could be removed and she totally ignored my opinion.
I shall never return to this place ever again!
