Google Really hate this place, I got gel x removal, and they instead of removing it with acetone, they chipped it off, which really hurt my nails and destroyed my nails. Really bad customer service as well, was so rude while talking and wasn't listening to me as well, not recommended at all.

Google I spend £35 on nails and it’s start lifting after a week . i was on holidays so i could not call the shop ,first day i came back from holidays i called and lily pick the call and said you need to change your nails every 2 weeks . i explained to her it’s start lifting after a week . She did not listen to me and said i don’t have the time to talk I am busy and put the phone down .
Worst customer service ever !! No sense how to talk to the customers !!

I’ve been getting my nails done here every two weeks for the past five years, and I can confidently say they are genuinely nice, caring, and skilled people. The service provides the best value for money you can find in London! And when it comes to perfection, just check out my photos and see for yourself! ^_^
They’re also inclusive—everyone is welcome here. Highly recommended!

Google Disappointed in the service, got a set of acrylics done for Christmas and started to come off the day after…. Poor application not what I asked for in shape, poor quality of colour. Definitely do not recommend at all
