Google I loved this nail bar! I have visited so many places in Twickenham and this by far the best I’ve been to. My nail tech took her time and did my nails with a lot of care. The nail colour choices were wide too. Will defo return.

Google I've been going there for many years. Today I felt rushed and I asked the technician to do three coats on my nails so the would match my toes. He didn't and I believe I was over charged to paint my toes she charged me £35 and £ 30 for my fingernails I didn't have a pedicure. This seems a lot and I'm not happy with the results . I didn't find them very friendly and there was a negative energy.

I’m sorry to hear that you felt rush today when it’s not particularly busy day and you are on the phone with your family all the time I done your feet so i haven’t have chance to chat like normally i do . I will make sure to extra attention and timing for your next service
Regarding the difference colour between hand and feet . I believed that our staff were did 3 coats on hand and feet but the glitter on toes may have appeared more full because layering technique we used . Please let me know if you’d like to come back for top up . We are happy to fix it for you .
And last thing I usually charged 30£ for infill hand and toes colour is 25£ so totally is 55£ and i will definitely check it with my staff and if you paid more than 54£ i will refund it . If any thing you confused please contact me .

Google I had my nails done with Tien. I'm really pleased with the result and the nail salon. Great selection of shellac polish. Very clean and tidy. This will be my new regular place for manicures.
