Ok. Pedicure good value but manicure same price to basically then file nails and add a coat of clear lacquer. Took her about 1 minute. No hand soak, cream or scrub like with feet?

Please kindly know that pedicure treatment cannot be the same price as manicure treatment at all, in any salons that you might visit.
Pedicure and manicure treatments always include nails trimming, files and shaping the nails, feet/hands soak with cuticle works and nail varnish; besides that pedicure includes scrubs, removal of dead skins on the heels if required and lotion.
Our manicure with varnish doesnot include hand lotion because that way, the nail varnish lasts longer since hands lotion contains too much oil which easily stripped off normal nail varnish.
Your manicure today included nail varnish which you picked at the beginning of treatment and then changed your mind last minute which was why our technician couldnot apply any lotion since she thought you’ll have varnish on. We take pride in our service and never rush a treatment. Our recently updated prices are still very competitive in the area and always transparent on our booking system.
The total time of today’s treatment is still over 50 minutes included all the above mentioned steps with an application of a strengthener on your nails at the end.
We hope we have cleared out any misunderstanding for you on today’s visit and wish you a lovely weekend.

I’ve been going to Oh My Nails for years and continue to do so even though I don’t live locally anymore! They always do my nails beautifully. The quality is impeccable and my nails are incredibly healthy and strong having had BIAB for years. The whole team are always so lovely and make you feel very welcome. Can’t recommend highly enough!

I had an overall okay experience here. The salon was spacious and clean. It wasn’t the warmest welcome when I got in, but I was early and didn’t mind.

Firstly I did the pedicure, I have to admit the woman was very lazy. She cleaned my toes up fine and painted them well, but didn’t do much else. She put scrub all over my feet but didn’t scrub them. She didn’t do any exfoliating either. I will say, I mentioned this to the staff and took me back to get that done. So I appreciate that.

My hands were done well. My first time doing BIAB. They advised me on what to with growth etc, which was good.

Overall, okay.

Terrible set. Was meant to be an infill and left £55 down and with this rubbish.

Their talent depends on who walks through the door. They pick and choose who to give nice nails to.

Please keep in mind that your previous review (under the name Courtney) is probably currently reviewed by Google since we didnot do anything to remove it, we even replied to that review asking if you’d like to pop back for any repair.
You were happy when our technician finished the infills even though your previous set needed a lot of repair, that was why the treatment ran very long than average.
The reason a second technician took over was because the first technician needed to take her lunch break. Our team take care of each other that way.
We wished you had said something during treatment instead of left feeling unhappy with your nails which also left our technicians very upset.
We have a very small team so you are mistaken to think we choose whom we do nice nails for but since you’ve never been before and your previous set was not done by us, it’s understandable.
We hope you will find a salon give you more at ease feeling to ask for what you’d prefer in future.

I’m quite picky with my cuticles, but they do an excellent job here. The finish is very professional and clean. It’s a great spot for a bit of self-care and the prices are very fair for the quality you receive.

Absolutely not recommending. To start with the main person who can speak English is rude. I asked for the nail colour chart to select a color and she rudely said its the same as in the wall. However when a another customer (seems to be regular customer) came she offered the chart even before the customer asked! So you get treated well if your regular else you get treated rudely.

Main issue - i did a manicure and they did a horrible job, injured my nails (thumb and index finger), and it was bleeding. The nail artist cannot speak much English she just said sorry. I didnt realise this will become an issue but turned out my nail became infected and for 2 months it was sore and very painful. I complained to them about this and they ignored me completely. Now the EPONYCHIUM of one nail is not even growing back its so badly injured. And this was PURELY caused by BAD MANICURE. My nails were perfect before that.

As i said, very rude and not expertise in nail work. Highly NOT recommended.

Defected from my regular nail salon in Whitton as these ladies take bookings, don’t mess you around & are brilliant. Wasted too many hours waiting in a queue to get nails done, now I book online pay a 50% deposit get seen on time & then pay the other 50%. Excellent service always. Card payments welcomed or cash. Really pleased I was recommended to give this place a go.
