my go-to nail tech!! started coming here in january 2025 and i’ve never looked back - they always pull through with exactly what i want and it’s decently priced as well! my nails usually last 4-6weeks and barely ever chip, super good quality i definitely recommend :D

Honestly blown away by this nail shop. When my girlfriend got her nails done here, the level of care and attention was on another level. They really take the time to listen and make sure every detail is exactly what you want.

The final design was absolutely flawless. So precise and genuinely stunning. You can tell they go out of their way for every client and take real pride in what they do. She hasn’t stopped talking about how much she loves her nails.

If you’re looking for a place where the team genuinely cares about what you want and delivers incredible results every time, this is definitely the spot. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Really disappointed with my nails. Came here on a recommendation from family as they had positive experiences. Asked before they started if this design was possible and they were very confident. The actual base wasn’t bad and they applied the biab okay but there was no cuticle prep and the nail art is abysmal. Could feel her rushing more and more after each nail and completely disregarded my request to fix the shaping on one of my hands. Will not be returning just for someone to play with my nails for an hour then charge me.

I recently visited this nail salon and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff member who worked on my nails seemed rushed and uninterested throughout the appointment.

I showed a reference photo from the salon of a warm brown-pink design, but the color applied to my nails turned out pastel pink, and the blending was done across the whole nail rather than concentrated in the middle as shown.

When I politely asked if it could be corrected, she responded very abruptly in front of other customers, which made the situation uncomfortable. I’ve seen other staff members’ work here and their designs were excellent, so the inconsistency was disappointing. I hope others can avoid this experience

++ Yes, I confirmed the color, but the mid-gradient ombré needs to be applied and blended delicately — the amount of product and the blending technique drastically affect the result. My gradient wasn’t placed in the middle; some nails were fully covered instead, which shows she wasn’t interested in doing it properly.

She also used the same sponge tip for different colors, so the sample with sparkles transferred onto my nail. When I pointed it out, she just said it would be covered later, but it wasn’t.

On top of that, she spoke in her native language aggressively to me when I asked for a redo, which felt very rude.

I have been to this salon twice and they’ve been spot on with every nail design I have requested so far. They are so speedy yet still have great attention to detail - for both of my appointments I was done under an hour and one of them also included a removal! My nails have also lasted beyond 2 weeks without chipping.

I've been to this salon three times now, and I've had nothing but the best experience each time I visit. When I get my nails done at home in America, I'm usually concerned/anxious when the nail technicians use the e-file because I always get cut from having sensitive cuticles (and they are typically hurrying to get through as many clients as possible). However, this nail salon has been extremely gentle and careful each time I've gotten my nails done (and I've had a different person each time).

They are efficient without being careless and are capable of gorgeous designs. I can't emphasize enough how happy I am to have found a nail salon where I don't feel stressed the entire time about getting hurt by the e-file either from being cut or from over-filing.

I also never make an appointment, and they've always been able to accomodate for me. If you're in London, I highly recommend getting your nails done here! I will be sad to leave this place when I go back home.

Very rude and unskilled staff who speak about you in their language (which is RUDE!!) rather than admit they don’t know how to do marble nails. UPDATE nails have chipped - 6 hours in. Abysmal service, lack of accountability. AVOID so much for “quality and care” !!!!

UPDATE: Of course you would see no talking as you were wearing a face covering! From your responses to me (not acknowledging the lack of quality and care and the fact my nails are already chipped!) and other bad reviews it is clear this business takes zero accountability and doesn’t care about customers. Lesson learned - go elsewhere!

I’ve been here three times now and the girl who does my nails (sorry I don’t know her name) does them perfectly every time! She’s really friendly and super talented and always makes sure I’m happy with the shape and colour. The biab has helped my nails grow so much and I look forward to my appointments every time! 💓
