Wonderful nail technician. Yen just refilled my acrylic nails and applied shellac. Very professional, she did an excellent job and was very thorough, making sure each nail was perfect. She was also very friendly and welcoming. I have no hesitation in highly recommending her and this salon.

I've been getting my nails done here for a few months now and I am obsessed with them each time I come out of the salon!

Yen and May are amazing, and have never refused a challenge. They will do their very best to give you a perfect manicure.

I recently asked for a more complex design. They asked for pictures in advance and had painted a nail sample that was ready for me to see and make sure I'm happy with when I arrived. Needless to say, the service is outstanding and they're lovely people to interact with.

It was my first time today & I had such a great experience! The staff is very very lovely & work very clean and professional. You can tell they care about details and don’t rush through it like many other places. I also changed my mind about the colour I wanted like 3 times and they were so accommodating and helped me find a colour I was happy with! I’m very happy with the result and the whole experience today! Thank you so much and I’ll see you next month!!

Had a lovely experience at this nail salon today. It was my first time here and I had a gel mani and pedi done and would highly recommend as the staff were very friendly and professional and the salon was nice and clean. Rude, tried to act like experts but gave false information to save face when they had other bookings and got busier. Helen (the main woman) was argumentative and didn’t even do a good job at fixing a dent. Other lady had to come and do it again. I had the nicest experience at Nail Lounge today. May is so lovely, so sweet and very thorough when doing her craft. My BIAB Infills are absolutely perfect with her checking throughout if I was happy with the shape, colour etc. She was delicate and made me giggle as we chatted away. I will definitely be back. 5* from me! Thank you!!
