A very disappointing service. The manicurist did not do any cuticle work, rushed through the application and did not apply gel polish towards the nail fold. This left the mainicure looking like it's already weeks old. A very disappointing service which seems like a scam to get clients to book in sooner than they need to. Extremely dissatisfied with my service. Do not book here

Our Biab infills doesn't include a Manicure. Client cannrequest and there's an extra cost for it.
We do not operate in the way described and would never rush a client or encourage unnecessary repeat visits. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you directly and offer a solution.

Awful service, gel peeling off acrylic after only 3 days of getting them done!! Messy work and zero cuticle work too- do not go here absolutely not worth the £50.

I’ve visited this salon several times over the past three years, and unfortunately the experience has always been disappointing. Every time I go, the staff seem unfriendly and unwelcoming. As a Black woman, I often feel like they don’t want me in their shop—even when it’s completely empty. They’ve refused to serve me more than once, and their attitude never improves. This has been such a consistent problem that I stopped going altogether. I would not recommend this place if you value good customer service and respect

I went in for a pretty standard acrylic service that I had pre booked, but the guy who did my nails seemed extremely rude, grumpy and inexperienced. I asked for stiletto nails (even showed him a picture) but he made them almond. He cut up my cuticles while buffing them as well. The polish was uneven but he ACTUALLY LEFT the salon mid service so I couldn’t even point it out. Really disappointing service. I will not be returning.

Sin duda alguna el peor servicio que eh recibido en mi vida el pedicure fue terriblemente malo y sin contar que el gel de mis manos de empezó a caer 3 días después. Tuve que regresar 20 minutos después de salir para pedirle que corrigieran algunos espacios en mis uñas sin pintar y aparte que tuve un cargo por 112 libras por retoque de acrílico y por pintarme los pies por qué no me los limpiaron correctamente incluso cuando en medio del servicio les pedí que lo corrigieran jamás volveré a este lugar

Hi Valentina. First of all, thank you for visiting our Salon.
When you called to book, you asked for normal polish and acrylic infills . My colleague gave you the quote and she wasn't in the next morning when you came in.
You explained you didn't have acrylic powder and what you were having was gel colour not normal polish as you asked for on the phone. You asked for the aame with what you had on your nails, which was Biab infills with Gel colour. Not acrylic infills with normal colour, which was cheaper as you asked for on the phone.
You refused to pay the price and said that was not what you were told on the phone.
We ended up taking the same price for acrylic infills with normal polish instead of Biab infills with gel colour. We should have told you the correct price then you could agree to go ahead or not.
You looked at your nails and kept saying you lived them.

We definitely deserve 5× in this case.
