I wanted to love this pedicure because the red colour itself is beautiful, but unfortunately the execution was disappointing. The cuticle work and edges were quite sloppy, especially for such a bold shade where precision matters. The polish flooded some areas around the nail and the shaping was inconsistent across the toes.

The finish looks much less clean and refined than I would expect from a professional pedicure. Overall, it lacked attention to detail and didn’t feel professional. I also paid for a 10 min extra massage and got a 7 min one.

I went to my first appointment, and I chose the BIAB pink, and the polish is finished, and a tiny bit is left, so the service did an overlay on my nails, which does look so bumpy and ugly. She should have taken responsibility to tell me to pick another colour before the polish finished. I wasn't happy after all, and I asked them to do it again with another colour in the second appointment.

I attended the second appointment, and the same service decided not to do my nails again. She picked a worker to do their nails, giving a good excuse not to do mine. Unfortunately, another service said she can't remove my biab, and she has asthma, as I do not understand why she is working there due to her health condition. What was the point of booking me on the second appointment? They were wasting my time attending for nothing. I paid £89 for something worthless.

They booked me for the third appointment the next day. I met the executive manager, whom I was not happy with, too, because I told her I wanted to remove BIAB and put gel in a variety of colours, and she said she couldn't remove BIAB because of the extra time. Later, she changed her mind and decided to do it. While she removed my BIAB, she was hurting all my nails, which was very cruel to me. The new gel colour looks bumpy, has no file shape on my nails, and she forgot to remove a tiny BIAB before reapplying it.

The services were not treating me nicely after I had been going to this place for one year and a few months. At the end, they gave me a complaint and were unfriendly so that I won't come back.

I am very dissatisfied with this place, as the staff were treating me like a fool. I went to the toilet, and the hand dryer is not working, and the toilet is very stinky as they have not cleaned properly. How shameful they are in treating their place and other customers.

Currently, they have lost a customer. I am glad that this review helps me to write down the right complaint to support the other community.
