I've been coming to this salon for years and highly recommend it! Very efficient service which I greatly appreciate when short of time (sometimes hands and feet can be done at the same time). Huge choice of colours with all the latest trends. Brilliant quality mani and pedi every time! 😊

Horrible. Were in a rush, didnt cut my cuticles for pedicure, and when i asked I want my feet scrubbed, he said they dont do it because their customers dont ask for it… horrible service, wasted £73. Never return

Hi Atosa,
You came to our salon first time and you mentioned the shop you regularly go close atm.
We did not rush your pedicure and infill.
Every step we do we asked you carefully because you were very particular about your nails and colours.
It took you very long time to pick colours but we never rush you for once.
The whole 1hour pedicure session, you are very please because you checked every step the nails tech did which is fine, when he about to finish drying the colour, you showed us the picture on your phone and asked that “ do you use this tool for pedicure here”, I replied “ sorry we don’t use that tool for pedicure here”, then you said the other shop do, I said sorry we don’t.( which I think you expect all the nail shop do the same method and tools, unfortunately every business provide different services and prices even they are in the same industry).
After your pedicure . After I explained to you about the tools, you were happy to come to the table to do your infill. I was very careful and took time to do your nail which I did not want to do make any mistake because I can tell that you are expecting the very high standard service which I tried my best to please you, then you asked to choose colour again which I am very patient wait and help you to choose again for your hands,then while I was doing your arcylic infill, you asked for manicure which cleaning your cuticle, I explained the manicure not included in the infill which said clearly in our price list, you can pay extra for that which you refused to have it done because you did not want to pay, then you said other shop do it for you.( Again every shop provide different services and prices ).

I can confirm we did take time and delivered a great job for your pedi and infill.
When I finished your nails you said “Very Nice . Thank You”.

My advise for you is every shop delivered different services and prices .Please check before you use them. Don’t just expect all the business do the same services and prices .
