Google I have been an old customer, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. My appointment started late, and although I showed how I wanted my nails done, the result was not what I asked for. I also asked about the price beforehand, but it was not clearly explained to me. After speaking with the manager, I was surprised by how much I was charged compared to what I expected. My feet were not cleaned properly, and overall the service felt inexperienced. I hope there will be better communication and improved service in the future.

Hi Pardip,
There appear to be two issues:
1. You seem to be unhappy at paying the prices we charge in salon - nail art starts from £12. You had a gold triangle on each and every toe nail (10 in total) and so the charge of £12 is more than justifiable and you were only charged £12. This is clear from our pricelist.
2. If unhappy with the quality of your pedicure then as we have requested please send in photos. We are still waiting and can review once you have sent photos.

Google Cannot recommend Dream Nails enough! I’ve been going to the Wanstead branch and seeing Claudia for nearly two years now and always look forward to our monthly catch up. The team are always super friendly and welcoming. I’ve never had any issues with their services or the team. Will continue to be very loyal to them!

Mimi is my go to for the best looking Apres nails.
So much so that my daughter now goes and get her nails done by her.
I would never get my nails done anywhere else. Mimi is a legend at her craft! And the atmosphere, quality of service and gossip is always 10/10.
Mimi and the rest of the staff are a credit to dream nails Wanstead.
