Tommy and Lea, are amazing they always look after me and do not allow me to leave the shop until I am 100% happy! The quality of their work speaks for itself and the cherry on top are the lovely cups of tea they provide you with, this truly makes it a comfortable experience.i had to add to this review and say Tommy out did himself with my Christmas set! Thank you for being greet in 2025 I look forward to next year!

Poor service. Had a pedicure which wasn’t done fully. When I went back to make the owner aware, he proceeded to take his own socks off and show me his own feet. Saying that full removal of dead skin isn’t possible.

Poor quality and low hygiene standards. My shellac nails were ruined after just one day because the layers had not been dried properly. The result looked unprofessional, as if I had done them myself at home. Although the prices are low, I would not recommend this place. It’s better to spend a little more for proper quality and to avoid getting an infection due to poor hygiene standards

Just don’t go there. Appalling. Couldn’t understand what I was asking for - kept trying to give me services that I hadn’t asked for - removed the gel incorrectly, damaging my nails - then at some point shouted ‘are you happy?!’ At me. Then tried to over charge me. Just don’t.

Be careful here! They try to upsell e.g. force you to have gel instead of normal manicure or add a pedicure to gel removal and literally do it, even when you have said no/question it, then charge you. This happened to me and the other person in the shop, who I heard being very clear with them.

The nail artists here are so rude and disrespectful I kindly told him to change my design and he was extremely rude and shouting at me I later apologised if I offended him and he told me that I didn’t know what I was talking about. I was really disappointed with the customer service and will never be coming here again

I went to get my nails done and i experienced the most traumatic experience. A guy was doing my nails. He was being very rude. Snatching my hand and also yelling at me because I asked him to fix the shape of my acrylic. He said I shouldn’t be telling him what to do and he’s the professional.

This nail saloon is really bad i don’t recommend to go they will give you frustration
