Absolutely love this salon in Wanstead, a true 5⭐ experience every time! The stylists are incredible, so talented and really take the time to understand exactly what you want. You always leave feeling amazing and completely looked after.

The whole atmosphere is warm, welcoming and professional, which makes every visit such a treat.

A special mention to Nina for the beauty treatments, she is fantastic! So knowledgeable, thorough and makes you feel completely at ease. The results are always flawless, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality hair and beauty in Wanstead – you won’t be disappointed!

Ok I can't believe that I haven't ever left a review for my salon! It's been over a couple of years since I moved back to London and seeing as Danielle week in and week out does such great work with my mum I also joined in and would not go anywhere else. Danielle, is of course beloved by us and always does an amazing job, listens to what you have to say or ask while inparting sensible expertise, and just delivers every time.

I have that thick dense frizzy and mixed curl/wavy/almost straight at the front hair that I've noticed a lot of hairdressers I've encountered seem to struggle with, but from the beginning Danielle knew exactly what techniques to use to balance and for the first time in years my hair length is growing and I am so grateful.

She really puts you at ease and in general I have never felt so comfortable in a salon before which has kept me loyal for the first time in my life, which is such a nice thing. All of the staff here are lovely from the wash basin to the manager, who I will have to treat myself to some beauty treatments with. This is a friendly and down to earth salon that produces qaulity reliably - and if you are like me and have experienced many unfortunately icey catty salons who don't manage to live up to their own hype, you will thrive here! I will not go anywhere else.

Danielle, is one of the best hair stylists I’ve ever known ( and I’ve been to a lot of salons over the years!)

She’s highly skilled in everything from cutting, to styling, to colouring and has a friendly and welcoming manner. Also doing exactly what you ask, while giving solid advice re: any aspect is important. There is never a moment of feeling uncomfortable if not quite certain of a new style, cut, or colour change either, and I’m always confident of being able to express if need be.

She’s invaluable, will go the extra mile, and I’m so glad to have found her and the all round great salon/staff who work at Enigma hair and Beauty salon!

I was recommended to Danielle and she is fantastic. I love the way she cuts my hair and she is so lovely. I would - and have done - highly recommend her. Also the salon is so nice. Everyone is so friendly and you feel ar ease when you enter. So glad I found her!

Secured a walk-in appointment for a cut and blow dry with Lexi. Definitely a no-frills salon but both the cut and the blow dry turned out to be so good. She used Colourwow products and my blow dry lasted so long. Was £55 so good value for money. Loved it, thank you Lexi
