I’ve been going to this salon for 2 years now since moving houses and honestly they never fail to amaze me! If I have a vision, they always make it come to life ! I love the staff, very welcoming and accommodating, highly recommend this place for good quality and amazing service !

WORSE TREATMENT AND SERVICE I RECEIVED! What I original asked for which was French manicure, the pink was not the pink I asked for so he said he’ll do another layer but I did not want my nails looking thick. When it came to the tips, the lines were not straight so I said I will just go for the plain base colour. The lady then came over to rectify them but I could sense her attitude was off towards me. I felt like they thought I was complaining but that was not the case. At the end of the appointment the other female nail technician went to give a loyalty card and she signalled her to put it back and not give it to me. I wasn’t told thank you or anything, just transferred the money and that was it. I’ve been here previously and there’s never been much of an issue but today wasn’t great and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Don’t book and pay in advance on Treatwell. Terrible customer service. I accidentally booked and paid via Treatwell on New Year’s Eve, believing it was my usual salon. I logged the issue on 1 January; the salon was closed, I was travelling with family issues, and contact details were not clear on Treatwell. When I attended on 11 January, I was refused both a refund and the service that I’d paid for. I was polite, calm yet assertive. I was bluntly told I “should have emailed”. Despite the fact that I couldn’t find contact details. AVOID!

I don’t usually leave reviews but this time I have to - everytime is such good vibes in the salon, beautiful decorations all the time, all the team so thoughtful kind and accommodating , honestly heaven! I have been doing my nails with Tiffany for a couple of months now and she is an absolute angel and she is such a professional - everytime I receive so many compliments on my nails because they look just perfection, 11 out of 10 , thank you so much Nail Studio Leytonstone team , especially Tracey and Tiffany, love you guys so much

I’ve been coming here since July to get my nails done, such amazing nail technicians!

Often offer water and green tea and everyone who’s done my nails there has had such fab attention to detail with designs and shape, I haven’t been happier in the 3 years I’ve been getting manicures.

I love this nails studio, from the first day I came 3 years ago until now I have never had a better experience, I love all the staff members, respectful and friendly.
The way they work is spectacular. My nails remain strong and last more than 3/4 weeks, (keep in mind that I am very demanding in design, shape and length) there was not once I came out of their shop disappointed.
Love you all, always 😌❤️

Ps: make sure u book ur appointment and shoup on time their shop its always busy for how good they are.

I had the most horrible experience here by the staff and owner Tracey!
who was so aggressive and rude to me in front of other customers when I went to do my nails again last week she made me sit down and wait for 40min only to then note to me she won’t be doing my nails because she is doing styling and have a booking I ended up leaving and never to go back their again terrible service I thought to give another try but disappointed as thought. 😞

It all started when my friend recommended me to this nail salon so I took her word for it. When I first had my nails done by the guy sitting on front desk he didn’t do a great job and couldn’t speak English he rushed my nails he’s not experienced enough even made one of my finger bleed I said stop he pushed my nails towards him more and said stop complaining, he didn’t add enough acrylics to my nails and guess what 2 of my nails broke off within just 4 days of having them done I was completely upset I’ve never had nails break off before at other nail salons and I need them for my holiday.

So I went back to have them repaired that week the owner was very RUDE and wasn’t willing to help she wasn’t nice about it and blamed me for their bad work and for my nails breaking I almost cried how wrong she was. I explained to her I only just had them done 1 week ago and already they broke she wasnt willing to listen she started talking in Vietnamese to her colleagues about me very rudely and she said it will cost me £5 per nail to repair even though it was there mistake and I only just got them done. I paid to have them fixed I had no choice it almost felt as if they’re scamming people on purpose to charge them for repairs that day i wasn’t happy I had to pay again.

I later on went back to get them done again as they are local to me I thought to try them again and the same thing happened my nails broke again within a few days of getting them done there they do not do a great job and complain at me for them breaking, they shout at you when you challenge them for this. I’ve never experienced such aggression service like this from any nail shop in London ever please avoid this shop at all cost for your time and energy and you don’t want to waste your money.

i will never go back here again the manager is so rude and racist to other cultures that are not like her she doesn’t treat customers fair she sees other people before you even through you came first in line and charges you for every repair even if their own fault and will be rude to you if you challenge them they are not nice people sadly 🙁 AVOID!!!! AVOID!! AVOID!!

I’ve been to many nail salons over the years, but this one is by far my favourite. The team are so friendly and talented, and the quality is always perfect. It’s such a shame I live quite far away, otherwise I’d be here all the time! Booking is super easy, I just call ahead to reserve a slot and have never had a single issue. I usually bring in a picture or design I like, and they recreate it exactly, down to the tiniest detail. The last set they did for me got so many compliments, from strangers on the tube to friends and family. They’re true artists and I can’t recommend them enough!
