I would give this place 0 stars If I could. My friend came and got her nails done. When she arrived home she had nail varnish all over her fingers and they were already chipped.she now has to take off the nail polish and re do them. Every time she asked to go shorter on length the nail lady would complain and moan under her breath. DO NOT GO TO ThIS PLACE.

I initially found out about this place because of ads I received on Instagram. My first experience at this place has been fantastic. Everyone working there was very warm and kind and I received a top quality service. I am very happy with my nails and I will definitely visit again soon! This is gonna become my regular nail place!!! The picture I’ve attached doesn’t do justice!

I've been to this salon a couple of times before, and both times, I was happy with my manicure. I decided that this might be my regular salon based on the service I experienced. Today, I had a manicure and pedicure. I had to ask for them to use water, as I've never experienced a pedicure without one before. The pedicure was okay, but the service by the lady who did them was amazing. As for the manicure, it should have been a simple refill. At the start, my nails were handled roughly with the drill, and my nail bed and cuticles looked shredded by the time it was finished. I said I wasn't happy with the gaps in the refill, but this other woman explained she would refine it. The end product was bad; you could see through the top coat where the nails had been filled in, the colour was uneven and washed out, and I had the product stuck to my nails and fingers. I was so disappointed as these were for a holiday the next day and I had spent over 2 hours there.
The price was £70 with no discount, even though she had tried to fix the nails with a file after finishing them. You cannot fix a bad refill by filling them, which she had already done earlier, and the nails were still over-applied with refill and underapplied, making the nails look very uneven. Inconsistent service, an attitude at the start, even though they yried to be nice towards the end when tbey knew the money might be compromised. I paid because I couldn't be bothered to go back and forth over mistakes she had acknowledged several times already but I won't be coming back.

it was a perfect experience as the everyone is quick and professional on it, the only thing i would suggest it’s the guys be less rough with the nails, i have tried doing my nails with everyone inside the nails shop and i really do not enjoy when the mens do it as they are very rude and try to make it extremely quick not even asking what length do you wish for the nails and having to choose colour or shape very quick

This is my normal nail shop so I was very disappointed. I called up first to see if they offered biab. They said yes so I came in. To start, I had a different guy to my usual and he was very aggressive. He was pulling my hand and twisting my fingers. I heard a couple of my fingers click. He cut my cuticle multiple times and continued on. Still being rough. The nails came out bulky and thick, so I went to another nail tech to get them fixed. She said he had flooded my cuticles and finger with product, which wasn’t dissolving with acetone meaning it was actually biab but hard gel. She did her best not to damage my natural nails on removal and re do my nails before my trip. Really unhappy with my service.

I do not recommend this salon at the door they mention £20 for a full set and when they finish they charge you £25 ok saying that the varnish they put on dries faster and shines, the salon is very old the equipment is old and dirty, the stuff talks with another language and laughs and when you ask for something you didn't like they get angry
