They didn’t have basic equipment for whitehead removal during a facial. The therapist tried removing whiteheads with her nails, which make the skin peel off and left a scab! The mark on my face has lasted much beyond the facial

Also, only got a 40 minute facial instead of an hour

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the spa during my 2-hour treatment, which included both a facial and a massage. From start to finish, everything was relaxing and professional . Janet was amazing, she made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable.. The facial left my skin glowing, and the massage was one of the best I’ve ever had, deeply relaxing.

I left feeling refreshed, and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

I have been to so many spas around the UK and Emma Wilson is my absolute favourite. The staff are so nice and the facials are heavenly. Every detail is perfect - from the electric blankets to keep you warm, the lovely calming music and the quietness of the rooms. Every visit is such a treat.
