The staff at the nail salon were extremely friendly and welcoming. Unlike some salons, they do not appear to be solely profit driven, as after just one visit I noticed that they would make every effort to accommodate their clients, whether addressing a chipped nail or any other concern. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the service provided. The offer of refreshments was also a very thoughtful touch. This was my first visit, and it will certainly not be my last!!!

Nice and spacious salon, i found the customer service here was brilliant as the salon manager/receptionist was very welcoming and polite. Quite unusual to find a receptionist to customer service in many other nail salons which made me feel they are very well organised and run well! Keep up the good job thank you

I was recommended this salon by a friend and it did not disappoint. The salon’s interior is beautiful and clean. Upon entering the salon, I was greeted by friendly staff who offered me a tea and showed me to a seat.

I had chose a blue marble nail design and it was executed just how I wanted. The manicurist paid attention to detail and made adjustments to the design accordingly. They made sure that I was happy with my design before leaving the salon.

Another customer who sat next to me wanted a different colour to their initial choice and their manicurist accomodated to the request. She initially had pink nails but wasn’t happy with the colour so changed to a red design. They swiftly redone the design to her liking and she seemed happy with the outcome, praising the salon for their work.

I would definitely recommend Rose & Blossom Nail Spa for their great customer service and amazing work!

Nice salon and as a walk in I only had to wait 10 mins for gel removal. Good job but a bit pricey I thought.

amazing salon - staff are so friendly, making sure you’re always attended to with teas and coffees, i always get exactly what i ask for, prices are reasonable, and i even got a little christmas gift today! highly recommend <3

Always pleased with the outcome when I come here. As a trained aesthetician I can say that they really care about nail health and are happy to discuss changes to suit your needs. They have a great atmosphere and want you to feel comfortable. I had May doing my pedicure today, she was friendly and chatty and did a great job.
