I really like this salon, the staff are very sweet and attentive and I’ve always had great results of my manicures and pedicures here. My only issue is that today I saw an older woman coming to have her toenails taken care of, I completely understand this is something that elderly people often need support with. However, this lady unfortunately had extensive nail fungus. The nail technician did throw away the nail file used on the infected nails and put the nail clipper in to be sterilised however to my horror she used a make-up brush to dust off the nails and then put it back in the trolley to be used again without cleaning it and did not wipe down the foot stand. It made me concerned what else is not being cleaned!

The last time I came here, my gel nails started cracking and peeling from the top after just two days. I hadn’t come back for a long time, but today I returned because it’s very close to me.
My booking was only for my nails shellac, but I also asked for a pedicure on the spot. Tee kindly accepted and managed to do both quickly and carefully. He also explained that the previous issue might have been because my nails are thin.
I really hope it doesn’t happen again this time. Tee was very patient and professional, and I truly appreciate his work.

My nails are in agony and so sore after visiting Dol Nails. The nail tech that served me using the drill to cut my cuticles with I asked not just once but TWICE not to use after I told her they hurt me and she seemed to have acknowledged my request but continued to use it anyway and then ended up making me bleed on several fingers. I feel so upset as I voiced what I wanted to my
Nail tech and they didn’t listen. You cannot be using sharp objects so carelessly (and it was careless they were going so fast) it you don’t know how to operate them. I don’t think I’ll ever return here after this experience. I really hope you also sterilise your equipment and my nails don’t become infected. It is so dangerous.

Horrible experience, The first time I went there I got a pedicure and when they filed my nails into the wrong shape, I told them and I asked for square I asked them to change it and the lady seemed very annoyed and started talking to her colleagues in their language and then everyone started laughing, which made me feel really uncomfortable. Then the second time I went there I got a repaired on one Nail on the price list said it is a £3 plus. I got a French tip that’s it and they charge me £7 I asked I said it says £3 on the board but they said oh a £3 more for French tip and other £3 because you’ve got a long nails. in mind my nails aren’t that long I would say medium length and that’s not the price that was on board just very rude a lot of attitude from the workers there wouldn’t recommend they don’t do a lot of colour options either. Also they don’t cut Your cuticles. Just feel like a very rushed job as per The picture below.

Started coming here because they had just opened and did quite a few gel polish nails. Decided to gel polish extensions but was actually acrylic. When removing them, the nail technician failed to remove the glue from my real nails and said it had to left on to keep my real nails stronger but I believe it is because they were busy. I removed these nails in December and still had glue on till February. I recently went there to remove the rest of the glue and they did it quickly and efficiently which I am happy about. However, my natural nails have been left damaged from the glue.

Cheap price and efficient
However not the best quality- my nails (gel and acrylic) have often lifted within 1 weel of attending, and I went for acrylic removal the other day and it was very rushed and the result is very poor unfortunately

Terrible customer service take on more than they can handle. I came here today with a very simple design in mind

. I had to end up leaving early after sitting in the chair for an hour and a half because I kept on getting swapped around by three different people.
Not worth it for not come here

I have visited this store twice , on both occassions staff did not aknowledge me or greet me. On the second visit i waited two minutes & i decided to speak with the staff in a polite manner, where they just said they have no appointemnts available. They had to customers in store. Never again.
