I chose this salon because it looked clean and well presented, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.

The technician was extremely rough during the treatment and kept switching between different nail techs, none of whom seemed confident in what they were doing. As a nail technician myself, I was shocked to see product applied on top of my old nails instead of properly removing and prepping them first. That is not correct practice.

The work was uncomfortable and poorly executed. By the time I got home, my feet were hurting so much that I removed the work myself.

I also noticed other clients were offered drinks, while I wasn’t. My feet were not even washed, and no cream or finishing care was applied — yet I was charged £49.

I came in to treat myself and left feeling disappointed. For a salon that presents itself as professional, I expected far better standards and service.

The Nail Spa has become my regular BIAB destination after Linh rescued my nails when they were trashed by a treatment elsewhere. I get good quality BIAB each time and they have a good selection of colours, including lots of cat eye choices. Linh was great in helping rehabilitate my nails and they look gorgeous every time now.

This is by far my favorite nail spa in the area! The staff are lovely and the quality of the services is great. The spa itself is also lovely and clean. Would highly recommend for nail treatments.
