Came in today with my 10 year old to have her ear pierced, wanted to give a 5 star review specifically for the Beauty Therapist Nadia who showed us exceptional customer service & made my daughter feel super comfortable & prepared for her piercing. Very poor experience. Spent 30 minutes choosing makeup, only to be told at the till that the card machine wasn’t working—no warning at all when entering the store. Went to withdraw cash after being told my items would be kept aside, came back and they were gone. Staff then asked me to go pick everything again.

Staff seem more focused on watching for shoplifting or repeatedly approaching customers offering help, rather than informing them about important issues like payment problems. Completely disorganized and a waste of time. Customer service needs serious improvement.

I visited today to buy some lip gloss for my daughter. But I was very confused to choose the lip gloss. I needed some guidance about it then Oxana assistant to came over there to help me for buying correct color of glosses. I bought three lip color with the help of Oxana. She is very attentive,sweet,kind, and polite. I'll visit soon.

Avoid this place Superdrug Stratford at all costs! The customer service is absolutely awful — staff are rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They show no respect or basic manners toward customers. The queues are always chaotic, while staff at the perfume counters stand around chatting instead of helping their colleagues on the other side that work non-stop because people buy hair, face, and other products. Management clearly has no idea how to run the store. On top of that, it’s far from inclusive : they only seem to hire people from the same background. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere else.

The staff here are becoming progressively disrespectful each time I visit. Me and a few of my friends visited Superdrugs in Westfield to ask if they have any employability spaces as we had seen vacancies being promoted online. We were met with two passive aggressive workers who couldn’t have made it any clearer that they didn’t want to help us. They didn’t even make eye contact when we were communicating with them and you can easily see how paranoid they are about allowing in new recruits because I have seen this type of attitude from several stores before. One of the workers was trying her best to get rid of us by answering our questions with low quality answers that seemed like complete lies. I will no longer be coming to this store I recommend visiting other stores that offer the same products but with at least a bit of kindness to their customers, especially students who are just looking for part time work.

Terrible service. I went into the Superdrug in Westfield and found a perfume sealed in a display case with a price tag of 14 pounds. I called the employee over, asked if that was the price, and he confirmed it. Then another colleague came and said it was a mistake and that wasn't the price. I said that considering the price was on the perfume and it was locked in a display case, they would have to honor that price. The salesperson agreed and said they would honor that price, but when we got to the checkout to pay, they said it wasn't possible after all. Terrible service, they don't work ethically.
