Arrived at 19;15, wanted 1 nail to be fixed but was told they were closed even though they close at 20:00 which states on the website 10:00 - 20:00 Monday - Saturday they were sitting there to wait to go home on their phones rather than serve a paying customer. Very disappointed with customer service. .

Took three children - he was wonderful with the girls, patient with them choosing colours, told them how to move carefully and look after their nails. Will definitely be back! They really enjoyed it

My close friend and I visited that nail salon on Friday after a long time. They did a fantastic job on my nails. I’ve been there a few times before and they always do amazing work. They also offered great pedicure treatments and removed my nails perfectly. The technician was very professional and polite, just like they were seven years ago.

My close friend and I enjoyed the service but the overcharging was excessive for two people. They should have lowered the price and offered a student or first-timer discount. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this nail salon.

Avoid at all costs!! Unhygienic place and unprofessional treatment practice. Came here for a pedicure, was told £30 for 30 minutes treatment time. Lady rushed through all the steps in 20 minutes, didn’t soak long enough nor exfoliate my feet properly but the worst was yet to come for me, she cut my nails digging deep into my toes. What looked aesthetically pleasing at first has caused me unnatural pain in both the big toes and later chronic toe infections resulting in needing toe surgery. Be wary, they may seem experienced but do not trust their methods blindly.

Lin gave me a pedicure today.. she is excellent at what she does. She is very friendly and done a brilliant job!! Shes so kind and made me feel very comfortable the entire time. Overall great experience and will come backs again

I just did a nail take off for 12 pounds, the entire process, they didn’t sanitize their tools! After asking for alcohol, the lady did spray but I left as soon they took off the shellac, as I couldn’t bare for the nail treatment — traumatized.
