Highly Unhygienic , used the same dirty files and same drill bits from other clients, and I was even the FIRST customer of the day, for the acrylics they didn’t used the paper, the used the plastic tips and nail glue, which was all over my skin both underneath the nail and on the side ,I even told the technician but just acted surprised and drilled only superficially, I had to scrap the rest of the glue from my skin at home.
no cuticle prep or cutting thankfully
the staff may be kind but it’s such an unhygienic environment,
PLUS they gave me ring of fires ,and now it will take me months to go back to my natural healthy nails, absolutely unacceptable

Today they have lost a customer who has been coming for 5 years.

I was told 20 mins wait which turned out to be over 1 hour every time I asked they kept on saying 5 more mins. I had wait till 7pm and came at 5:45pm. I don’t mind waiting but please stop lying. They even let someone go ahead of me.

Then I agreed one price with the man in the picture the guy left and a new lady came I double checked the price and she said that’s fine.

Then midway through the service the guy came back demanding for more money and said you never agreed it with me. When I literally asked the lady and agreed. Like it’s a small shop and they are always talking. I’m sure she asked the guy otherwise why would the guy come back asking for money. I’m not stupid.

The guy and the lady in grey track suite started aggressively talking in their language probably insulting me. I literally had same thing done last month. It’s understandable to increase prices but don’t do it midway service. Especially after I double checked.

Why would you treat a customer like this. I’ve been so loyal to you guys for so many years brought my friends and family to this place.

The selfishness and greed from the staff has lost a loyal who comes to you guys every month for the last 5 years. And you have also lost the money from my service today such a silly thing to do. I should really report you guys to trading standards.

Edit: I appreciate your message. It’s not the waiting or the price that was disappointing it was the attitude of your staff. Have they spoken to me more nicely then i wouldn’t had a problem. Despite someone going ahead of me i still choose to wait over a hour. BTW no one said she had an appointment. Yes I did check with the staff after they initially said 20 mins then it was 45 mins and then 60 mins especially after the 45 mins mark they said it will only be 5 more mins but I had to wait 15 mins more.

I got the same thing last month and I paid £26 fine price increases happen but be respectful say the other lady confirmed the wrong price with me. After waiting over hour and it was getting late it was 7pm. I would have paid £30 which was just £4 more isn’t a big deal but don’t treat me like shit and behave so rudely. It was really your staff that was extremely unprofessional. I was genuinely so upset at how rude the staff was no customer should leave like the way I did. I was so desperate I even messaged you on instagram to get some assistance but my messages was left seen. Therefore I had no choice other than to put this review.

I loved my nails done here, but unfortunately the quality wasn't good, and my shellac nails didn't last. They started chipping after one week, which shouldn't happen at all.

I went to get my nails done twice here and the second time was the worst experience I have ever had at any salon ever. While the lady was curing my nails, some of the gel was touching the skin on my thumb. I let her know it was burning and she ignored me and kept telling me to put my hand in the machine!!! Second she was very aggressive with me while cutting my cuticles on my hand that I it felt like she was going to cut me! I don’t know who annoyed her prior to my appointment but this should never happen. I’m never coming here again

I loved my nails don’t get me wrong however, the female nail technician who was doing my nails was so aggressive with me she was pulling my hands and just overall being super rough! I have also seen other reviews about similar experience and it’s appalling, manager needs to do something about it
