Rude and unprofessional. Poor quality wax used, doesn't strip hairs.
The woman was on the phone to her relatives at the beginning.
Later in the appointment, I found out she double booked my slot and had the audacity to say to the poor client, who came in thinking it was her appointment time, it was my fault that the appointment was taking long!
Then she proceeded to shame and give unsolicited advice about my legs, blaming my skin for the reason why the wax wasn't waxing!? I've been waxing since I was a teen, and if all those years other wax parlours can strip off my hairs in one go without issue, why couldn't she? My skin had never been a problem for them! (I have strawberry legs). Lame excuses for a poor service. When I politely yet firmly tried to shut this conversation down, she doubled down and became condescending. Only had to use her for a upcoming holiday and other parlours were shut.

Disappointed. I got a manicure and pedicure done, and also got a men’s mani-pedi for my partner. While I thought my gel nail polish was good (the manicure and pedicure could have been better though), my partner’s service was the most rushed mani-pedi I’ve ever seen. We paid about 50 bucks for a 1 hour 20 minutes service but he was done with both in 40 minutes. The nail technician didn’t even do a good job, and everything was rushed. Very disappointed with their poor value for money service. We will not be returning and definitely will not recommend.

Honestly, the hygiene level is poor. The lady who did my nails didn’t use gloves or wash her hands between clients. The UV lamp was probably never cleaned because it smelled like dirty feet. Work table not cleaned between clients, same towel, same everything. Not to mention the dust brush, it was so dirty I cringed when she used it on me. Nails look ok, although she chipped one of them with the drill and had to make it shorter than the others as a result. Would expect better for £40.
Also, they made me wait half an hour despite having an appointment and turned away someone who also had an appointment at the same time as me. Quite unprofessional.

Not writing this review to hurt anyone but I genuinely think there is room for improvement and someone needs to say it.

The only place I go to get my nails done! They always go above and beyond to not only give me the best result but to also make my experience extra special. The nail tech is VERY SKILLED and I am always looking forward to my appointments well before day. Very attentive and takes pride in details.

I was in panic searching all over google for a good nail salon nearby to help me with my nails.

They were an absolute disaster. I had torn off a previous gel polish (so bad, I know 😬) and then went on to deep clean my house, leaving me with thin, breaking and brittle nails that were so short it was starting to become painful.

I loved what I saw and clicked on contact me. To my surprise, I was taken to WhatsApp where my message was responded to immediately. I explained the situation and was advised on a recommendation from the salon owner who was taking care to message me.

I asked what the soonest availability is and she got me in for that same day.

When I arrived, I was met by Nila and she went on to work her magic on me. It was a very difficult job, my nail beds were super thin and uneven, and she worked quickly and neatly while also keeping some fun conversation. She even stayed late to make sure I get the French design I wanted, as I got in in the last hour of the day.

As soon as I had sat down in Nila’s chair, I got a phone call from the owner who wasn’t in the salon, ensuring that I was greeted and everything was ok. Outstanding service and detail!

Nila did an incredible job, and as you can see in the photos, there is no sign of what terrible state my nails were in previously.

Nila did a full set of builder gel with a small extension, as per my request, and she also spoke to me about Biab and urged me to try it. We agreed we would slowly transition to biab when my natural nails grew out and strengthened a bit.

All I have to say is, give 👏🏼 this 👏🏼 girl 👏🏼 a 👏🏼 raise! 💅

I am very picky with my nails (due to them being damaged by salons in past) and have rarely gone back to the same person twice, but I know I’m going to be a regular with Nila.

mixed review - great nails, awful customer service!

My Mum and I got BIAB on our natural nails about a month ago and we were very happy with the manicure itself - both Nila and Rose were very good! They were shy at first, but friendly once we started speaking to them. However, the customer service from who seemed like the main lady, was shocking.

From the minute we walked in (first customers of the day) the lady who was there was extremely rude, she ignored both of us and didn't even look up from her phone when I mentioned we had an appointment, just nodded and was hostile . When I usually get BIAB at a different salon, gel colour on top is a given, so when I was confirming with her what was included in the prices she was blunt like it was meant to be common knowledge. I also asked if they did extensions, to which she replied no they don't when I have later seen on the Instagram that they do offer extensions!

The atmosphere was incredibly unwelcoming and as a first time customer, despite the nail technicians being really good, this has put me off going back as I have never had such a negative experience at a nail salon. It was meant to be an enjoyable experience for my Mum and I to get our nails done together but this really ruined the mood.

From someone who also works in customer service, I can understand people may have off days, however this is not how you should treat customers, especially if you want them to come back. It is extremely disappointing as it is a very clean, nice salon and I am sure the owner wouldn't appreciate this.

Had a group booking for me, my sister and my mum. We all got shellac pedicure and BIAB on natural nails with nail art. Both me and my sister had a design in mind and the nail techs did an amazing job to replicate it. We all had the most amazing time and the service was excellent. Highly recommended and we will definitely be going back 💜
