Vicky is truly an amazing nail technician and an even more amazing person. Her talent, attention to detail, and professionalism always leave me beyond satisfied with my nails.
Vicky consistently provides outstanding customer service, she listens to exactly what I want, offers helpful suggestions, and always makes sure I leave happy. Whether it’s a simple manicure or a full new set, I walk out feeling like a million bucks every single time.

I have been doing my shellac here monthly for nearly 10 years and it is the best salon I have ever been to. Dan, Vicki & Hugh pay so much attention to detail and I’m never left waiting for too long. The service and choice of colours are great.

Everytime i go here i book an appointment and i end up having to wait. last time i waited for 1 hour!!!! they are clearly overbooked. there is no discount offered and the staff are speaking so rudely to customers or just not even having a conversation. terrible customer service

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE – ABSOLUTELY AWFUL SERVICE!

I have never experienced such unprofessional and downright rude behavior at a nail salon. The technician was careless to the point of making me bleed on three fingers, all while chatting away with his colleague and barely paying attention to what he was doing. There was zero concern for my comfort or satisfaction.

When my mum and I pointed out mistakes in the designs, instead of fixing them properly, they kissed their teeth at us, started laughing, and openly spoke to their colleagues about us—completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Their attitude was aggressive, dismissive, and made it clear that they do not value their customers, no matter how long you’ve been going there.

This place only cares about one thing: money. Not quality, not customer service, not even basic decency. If you’re considering coming here, DON’T. Save yourself the frustration and find a salon that actually respects its customers.

If I could I would give this place 0 stars.

Arrogant and rude staff. They refused to honour the loyalty card even though I have been coming in here for years. If you don’t bother to sign it that’s not our fault. Not happy with the service received today.
