Went here for facial threading, and the experience was absolutely terrible. While the face looks okay (for now), the customer service skills of the lady who did the job are more than poor. Didn’t say hello properly, acted irritated when I scratched my nose, no “thank you”, no “please”. I’m not being unreasonable, but I excpect the minimim level of comfort to be provided. Thanks God I’m not a stressed mom with a kid at home, I would’ve probably been way more frustrated. 100% never going back for this service.

Update in 2026: That lady no longer works here and the service is very nice and professional. Brows are very good too so I highly recommend. Good job to the management team!

My daughter went to this salon and she was appalled by the rudeness of the staff. Very unprofessional. It would be nice for them to be a bit more welcoming and not comment on her appearance. She came for her eyebrows not for negative criticism. She is just a teenager! You should be ashamed of yourself.

My experience was absolutely terrible!
I had an appointment for eyebrow micro blading. This has been my worst ever beauty experience in 70 years.
Sheetal the owner was my beautician and she is inexperienced and incompetent in this treatment. I asked for light brown eyebrows as my eyebrows were thinning. Instead what I got were thick black slugs. It looks awful!! She told me it would lighten up in a few weeks. It did not. When I went back to complain she insisted they were brown, refused any compensation and was incredibly RUDE!
Looking at other reviews there are many unhappy customers.
Do not go to this salon for any treatment and AVOID!

I went here for my haircut. It was my first time to this place for my haircut. I had a reference of the haircut I wanted. And the hair dresser Anita did a great job. I loved the haircut but the only thing was I found the price was a bit high.

The lady at Queensbury branch did horrible eyebrow threading. Not recommended at all. DO NOT CHOOSE for threading and hair cut. I had bad experience with threading and hair cut thrice. I would not go again for any reason there. Staff was terrible and don’t want to accept their mistake. If you want to save your eyebrow beauty and hair DO NOT visit this place.

I would give no stars , if I could.
Staff don't understand English properly. Only gave 45 mins facial, when clearly on the website it says 60 mins. See attached.
Paid in full upfront.

When questioned, told that the previous client got delayed, and they had some refurbishment work going on.
Why is that MY FAULT.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will be reporting them to the Consumer Rights, as this is not legally correct.

TERRIBLE SERVICE

Had a terrible experience. Went for waxing, I think it was the beauticians first time. Left my skin with red blotches and skin was peeling. Took weeks to recover. Think the owner should offer proper training for the staff. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

To make matters worse, I gave the benefit of the doubt and went back for a facial. Baring in mind my appointment was at 4.30, I was not seen till 5 and told it was due to renovations and the previous client over running. All that I could say fair enough. However they did not even provide me my full hour, she began the facial 30mims late at 5 and then I was out the room by 5.45. They refused to accept the facial was 1 hour when clearly on the website it says 60mins. They refused to offer a refund for the lack of service and were extremely dismissive and rude.

This is definitely become one of the worst salons, avoid at all costs!!!!!
