I'm not happy with how this establishment works, I first booked a appointment on the 29th March a week in advance that got cancelled on the day of the appointment (few hours before) then I had to rebook luckily found a appointment available on the 30th March (the day after) then 15 minutes before my appointment is meant to start this appointment gets cancelled too. I've already spent money travelling a hour for this and the fact I've never even been to this place before and both of my first 2 appointments gets cancelled last minute and all I get offered is a 5£ offer off on both appointments being cancelled. As I'm travelling abroad on the 1st April and was meant to be getting Full Set Of Gel Extensions with the design AW 25/26 it's now impossible for me to have my nails rescheduled in time as the next availability is after I'm back from my trip. The only thing I was offered instead was an express manicure which is completely different from what I've booked originally. I'm really disappointed as this was completely different to what I wanted, as soon as I've finished using my voucher I will never be coming back or recommending this place to anyone! Please avoid.

Ive been going to Townhouse for the past 2 years and recently noticed quality downgrading. I then tried different branches in London to find the quality I knew of, however this time is where I draw the line.. I paid more than 50£ for express gel and chrome for my holiday then one week later (noting this is a city holiday so no beach or activities were involved) the gel chipped away like fake Temu nails and the actual nail is so damaged. Ive never experienced this let alone in a nail salon that advertised Luxury and Quality. Very disappointed!

I used to come here quite often as the salon is very conveniently located in the City, but the quality is just very poor. I usually get a gel manicure every 3 weeks - sure, towards the end of those 3 weeks, there might be some scratches here and there, small chips occasionally. But whenever I got the gel manicure at Townhouse, it would start chipping after 1 week max., usually even after just a few days. After the full 3 weeks, I could quite literally peel off the polish from my nails as it would just start lifting everywhere. The color selection is also not great - you’ll be fine if you love bright colors, but I’m more of a pastel person and that was really a problem. And all this for almost double the price that I would usually pay at my other salons.

The salon itself is beautiful and clean though, and one big pro is that they disinfect their workstations after every client. Tools are properly disinfected and single-use items like nail files are discarded after every client (you even get to take them with you if you want).

My visit to townhouse was everything expected. Services were great, staff was really helpful with suggestions and nails were done absolutely perfect. Tripti was fantastic. Will be visiting again. Thank you so much!
