Amy has been doing my nails for over 5 years and I can honestly say she does an amazing job every time. Always going the extra mile and provides the best service. The premises is spotless and hygienic. There is an online booking system and Amy Always accommodates for any last minute emergencies. Michael who also works there is very good and I would highly recommend them both!

I’ve been coming to Amy Nails once a month for about 3 years now. It’s always an amazing experience, I always have my biab done and every few months I have a pedicure too. Always top quality work. I also love that you book an appointment and Amy sticks to her appointment schedule, no extra wait time no delays. Only takes walk ins when there is an actual gap. Exactly what I need to fit in my nail appointments around my busy schedule. Her new shop is lovely and Michael that now works for her is just as kind and skilled. I really can’t recommend them enough!

Went into this salon Friday my first time, for take off and redo biab. I wanted a nude shellac colour and natural chrome ontop. Amy told me it will come out different to the display chromes which I totally get. I did ask her if she could test the colour on how it will look on one nail to see if I like it. She said no I cant do that when its done thats it. I told her but other nail shops do this as the customer may not like it. She said well our chrome is expensive and the times to do nails have to stay in place as theres other appts. A lady walked in when I was having biab done and asked if she could get a pedicure and she had it done without a appt. So that didnt make sense what amy was saying. The colour I wanted I didnt get in the end and got french instead as I was put off when she said we can't test the colour we wont change it. So I didnt get what I wanted. I walked out if there spending 50 pounds dissapointed. Saturday the side of my nail broke I messaged amy if I could get a repair, she totally ignored me. Dont get how this place has given all these amazing reviews as I was treated compleatly differently to what everyones reviews was saying. Im not returning back finding another salon this one is too millitary. If shops want custom they have to try accomadate what the customer wants. All I got was no no no no. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Maybe it was just me she didnt like for whatever reason. I wasnt a difficult customer im just very specific like most customers as im spending money so when I pay for something, I like to get what I pay. The French painting she did wasn't even with the tip and the side of nail broken not even within a day. Gutted I have spent 50 pounds.

This was self-care at its best taking time out of your busy day just for yourself.
