I Was given a leaflet when I was peering in the shop, went round the corner and rang to make an appointment- told to come now and I was fitted in.
Despite the shop being busy, the technician Ruby, did not rush and did an excellent job on my toes ( shellac paint) and gel infill to fingers. The owner is a friendly & welcoming character.

I was an eye witness to ageism at this shop an elderly couple came in with no booking and asked for a service a younger woman who had a booking said to the owner to give the elderly woman her booking and left when she left the owner said to the elderly woman that they were booked for 2 weeks and she left not 5 minutes past a younger woman came in and the owner said I have a service open for you at 5 today. This is selective and though the service is great the moral integrity is horrible if you have any goodness don’t support this type of behavior

the nails themselves were fine, but the overall experience was very uncomfortable. there was a massive communication barrier with the staff which made the appointment stressful, and i felt like my identity wasn't being respected at all during our limited interactions. on top of that, the salon’s hygiene was really concerning—there was a very strong, unpleasant odor in the air that made it hard to stay in the chair. i definitely won't be back xx

I’ve been coming to this salon for over 2 years, but my recent experience was really disappointing.

I had an appointment booked for 11am, arrived early, and was then told I’d need to wait another 1–2 hours. That completely defeats the purpose of making an appointment and shows a lack of respect for customers’ time.

On top of that, my last set of nails was poor quality. After just 4 days, they already looked like they were 3 weeks old—(Hannah) lifting and badly finished.

It’s a shame because I used to trust this place, but the service and quality have clearly gone downhill. I won’t be returning.

They do great job, nails last for weeks but won't be back because of rude manager. This lady got no manners and talks in rude way.Also I was 1st time, they are giving 5£ discount for new clients but I had to mention that, she quickly wanted charge me full price and the place is pricey

They did a beautiful job on my nails, and even after two weeks they're still perfectly fine. Everyone around me loves my nails, I'm definitely going back.

Also, the manager is a very good lady, extremely helpful.
