I’ve been going to Songul at MK Salon for over 10 years, since I was 15, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. She is incredibly skilled in colouring, cutting, and hair treatments. Her balayage and colour matching are especially amazing—she always gets it exactly right.

Songul is welcoming, friendly, and really takes the time to listen to what you want. She also gives thoughtful advice on what would suit your face shape, which I really appreciate.

A huge thank you to Songul—I would highly recommend booking with her if you want healthy, beautiful hair.

Owner Response:

Thank You for such worm review and appreciation of our work . We are always happy to see you back ❤️

Visited MK Salon for the first time, and Shen welcomed me with such kindness. No waiting at all, and she gave me a relaxing wash and blow-dry. She even fixed my curtain bangs that another salon had messed up! She’s so lovely, skilled, and gentle in the way she interacts with clients. Definitely coming back! Kudos.

Owner Response:

We are always happy to see you back 🌷Thank you for your opinion . Its very important for us 🌷

Best avoided. Unreliable pricing, seem to charge maximumpossible without informing in advance. Poor quality. Best avoided.

Owner Response:

We are sorry that you are not satisfied with our services. We always give a rough price during the consultation, and if it turns out to be more expensive on the spot, we will announce it before the procedure. Likewise, if it still seems expensive, we propose another solution at a reasonable price.

Arrived for a 10:00 appointment and the salon was closed....

Please do not insult me by saying I never showed up for my appointment
I was there at 10:00 for an appointment that was booked do not blame a potential client for your incompetence

Owner Response:

Dear , you even didn't show up your self at the salon .
The hairdresser was front of the salon and salon was already open at 10:02 , and when you give the call al 10:07 , telling us the salon is closed , we actually told you the salon is open already for 5 min , waiting for you , and the call was on our landline , so there is 100% we was in .To be late is think what can happen to everyone , even to you to stuck in traffic or something else, and to be kind we give 15 min to person .
We give you our apologies , but in return your name our service " disgusting " , i think is not fair for 2 min of late .
Kind Regards .
