Terrible rushed nail service. Had to ask the technician to remove skin debris which was clear to see. Also he didn’t even remove the residue polish or neaten the nails. My toenails look like they were done a month ago! He was more interested in getting the next customer into the seat than doing a good job! Won’t be returning there obviously.

Went in for a pedicure and it was awful from start to finish. The water was cold, I said this multiple times and was ignored. When I asked again for hot water, more cold water was added.
The pedicure itself was rushed and below basic standards. Scrub only up to the ankle, no proper massage, just cream slapped on my calf for under 10 seconds. That’s not a pedicure.
After painting, I was left sitting for 20 minutes with no communication. No top coat was applied, and when I questioned it, I was told it “wasn’t necessary.” Completely wrong and unprofessional.
I’m a therapist of over 20 years and this was one of the worst treatments I’ve experienced. No care, no attention to detail, and poor attitude when challenged.
Would not return. Do not recommend.

This is by far the worst nail shop I have ever been to. I thought I would try somewhere a bit closer than my usual nail shop. I had my full set removed and re-done and had my toes tidied up and painted. My hands came out ok, but one of my toes got very infected after my visit. It became swollen, super painful (I couldn't walk properly) and after about a week, puss started coming out. It has almost healed now, but it was awful. Never going back there again!!! Clean your tools please!!!

I have been having trouble with in-grown toe nails and after my visit to Lancaster Nails they were able to help me cut them out, the staff are very friendly and I Very much enjoyed my experience there! I will definitely come back.

It was my first time in the this Nail shop & I went here for a manicure and pedicure, all the staff are very friendly and very welcoming, they even offered me tea or coffee upon arrival. I am a very active person so my feet are not in the greatest condition but after they finished I was very happy with the result. I will be coming again & I would definitely recommend others to go here.

I went to get my nails done at this shop for the first time and I had an amazing experience. Staff were lovely, had lovely conversations and genuinely had a pleasant time. This will definitely be my new nail shop from now on

Absolutely worse customer service, very badly treated. I would not recommend anyone and would not visit them again. They also charged a pound extra for paying by debit card. More expensive than some of the similar services offered near by. Staff could not understand English, and made my nails too short. When asked they said they will charge £10 extra to remove or fix it. Staff was extremely rude.

I wouldn’t usually do a negative review as generally they’re good but if Je by and her husband are there. Without them the experience was poor as their second in command is rude, makes up costs if she feels like charging more and didn’t do what I asked. I even showed a photo at the start so I was clear about the shape colour and effect. But instead of chrome I’ve got a speckled mess looks poor

The worst nail shop ever. I paid £85 today and told them I didn’t like the shape FROM THE BEGINNING and they still continued.
I will be disputing with the bank.
Please avoid this place at alllllll costs. I only came here because I am going on holiday and was quite desperate to get my nails done.

The manager Jenny even hung up on me!
Her excuse was ‘you didn’t book me in advance’ when I OFFERED TO COME ANOTHER DAY!!!

Just money greedy people. The previous poor reviews are not fake. Pls avoid
