First and last time from me. One Philippine female staff member (mole on right eyelid) was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout. Customers seemed overly polite just to avoid her attitude. You can’t even ask a simple, valid question or explain what you want without being spoken back to abruptly, while she also talks to colleagues in a foreign language the moment customers raise concerns.
Most staff struggled to communicate basic English beyond “take a seat,” leaving customers waiting with no proper updates. I ended up waiting over an hour while accompanying a friend who was also having treatment done.
To make matters worse, we were charged £38 for a full set and £30 for a normal colour pedicure, despite the displayed prices clearly stating £33 and £22. We were also told payment had to be made in cash only, which raises legitimacy concerns, whilst they charge full price plus tips but avoid tax.
Overall, the customer service was poor, pricing lacked transparency, and the entire experience felt unprofessional. Businesses should provide basic standards of communication, honesty, and customer care before expecting repeat customers or positive recommendations. I only wish I had read the reviews beforehand.

I’ve visited this salon a few times and the nail work itself can be good. However, I feel the overall atmosphere could be improved. The manager’s tone has come across as abrupt on a few occasions, she doesn’t smile at all and she will be making comments to her colleagues,which made the experience feel less welcoming than it should be. I’m someone who always approaches staff respectfully, so I value friendly and professional service in return. I hope this feedback is taken positively, as creating a warmer customer environment would really enhance the experience. Unfortunately I won’t be going there again .

What a painful experience the guy with tattoos on his left arm is not experienced at all he had no care for cuticle work, left nail glue all over my fingers, he filed all my nails to different lengths, digging his nails into the side of my nails and was not able to replicate a simple design which was 2 lines £40 for an ombré which was not clearly stated they just make up the prices as they go, first time here and I will not be returning
