I’ve followed Louisa to Valentino Salon (in Kensington) after going to her for years at her own salon, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair in London.

She is incredible at everything - cut, colour, and blow dries are always flawless. She completely understands hair and somehow makes every appointment feel effortless. She truly has magical hands…

What makes it even more special is that Louisa actually worked at Valentino around 20 years ago, so it feels like real serendipity that she’s back there now. I’m so happy she rejoined the salon.

Victoria was also superb with my shellac nails - quick, efficient, and they look absolutely gorgeous. Such a fantastic experience overall!

I’m a dual US-UK citizen having lived and or worked here over the last twenty years. If you have missed Marcella’s Nail Salon then look no further, Isabel and Viktoria have brought Marcella’s nail excellence back to Valentino’s where she started her nail business many years ago. First time at Valentino’s. A lovely salon a few minutes walk from High Street Kensington. Everything was great from Yvonne on reception to having my hair cut and coloured by Marina to the back massage whilst having my hair washed. I met Valentino and all his staff who are all very friendly. I would recommend highly.
