Marnis is now my go to hair salon, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and the salon is very clean. I would say I have difficult hair and I am very picky with my hair dressers as I have had bad experiences in the past. I spoke to Dalia who was very attentive and knowledgeable and we came up with a good plan on how to get the best results. Safe to say I’ve never been happier with my hair and Dalia knew exactly what to do. Thank you. I will be back soon.

I was very happy to hear that there was a new salon that had opened up locally and I went to an appointment with Pierre. He did a wonderful job colouring my hair. What I really appreciated, however, was that he took the time to listen to my concerns about how dry my hair had been, something I have shared with many hairdressers previously, with not much of a change. Yet he listened then applied the right combination treatment, which meant my hair was glowing and shiny when I walked out. I will certainly be bac. Thank you and see you soon!

I previously had my hair done here by Danny, who did an excellent job taking my natural dark brown hair to a beautifully blended, level 4 from roots to ashy 7.1 tone through the ends. It was exactly what I asked for.

Last week, I came in during my work break to book again with Danny to refresh the same colour, but he wasn’t there. While I was waiting for him, Pierre spoke to me and encouraged me to book online with him instead of waiting. As I was short on time and really wanted the treatment done that same day, I assumed Danny was busy and booked with Pierre assuming he would achieve the same result. I didn’t bother who did the work.

I wanted the same ash tone as before, but he wasn’t listening and said the lighter colour he chose suits my skin tone better and did something different he wanted.
I wasn’t happy with results I returned a week later to fix it, as the colour was still warm and didn’t change much. when I raised this during my second visit he blamed it on my shampoo.

I tried to explain that my natural hair is dark and should be kept around level 4 at the roots and blended into a 7.1 through the lengths (same as before). He kept cutting me off and didn’t fully listen. Instead, he used one mix throughout my entire head from root to ends, which resulted in warmer tone and left my roots much lighter, patchy and uneven. My hair was dyed darker overall and more red tone.

Throughout the process, I didn’t feel listened to, and my concerns were repeatedly brushed off rather than addressed. He doesn’t listen to the client and does what makes him happy.

I’m really upset and saddened with the outcome. I had previously bleached my hair to remove all the warm tones, and it had only just started to become healthy again after months of damage. This process has put strong warm tones back into my hair, which is very disappointing.

Such a lovely salon in a really convenient spot. Everyone who works there is genuinely so friendly and it just has such a nice, positive atmosphere.
I come here quite often for things like hair treatments, gel nails and waxing, and I always leave feeling really good. Its my go to when I want to look and feel my best🙏🥰🥰

Siempre que voy a Londres, me paso por Marnis Salon y dejo mi cabello en manos de Pierre porque es como un reset: siempre salgo con el cabello bonito, cuidado y sano, y yo salgo súper relajada porque sé que mi cabello está en las mejores manos. Pierre es un gran profesional y siempre está dispuesto a aconsejarte aquello que mejor le va a tu cabello, así que lo recomiendo totalmente.
