Google Very disappointing service. I used to visit the Kensington High Street branch, but the quality there was already not great, so I decided to try another branch instead. Unfortunately, the experience was just as bad.
I was made to wait more than 15 minutes, which is completely unacceptable. If customers are penalized for arriving late, the same standard should apply to your staff and service as well.

Google It was the worst manicure experience of my life. I chose their salon because it’s in a prime location, and the interior design really gives the impression that you’re going to get a professional manicure — but nothing could be further from the truth!
I mainly chose the cuticle care service because I had my gel nails removed two months ago and simply wanted to take care of my nails in a professional way. However, the salon is extremely outdated, and the manicurists are poorly trained because they use tools that feel like they’re from the 2000s. There are so many modern tools and techniques for cuticle removal that can make the results look truly beautiful, but what they did was simply a disaster.
It’s honestly embarrassing, and after leaving the salon and contacting customer service, I still haven’t received any response. I will never use their salon again, and I strongly discourage anyone from going there, because this has nothing to do with a professional manicure.

Google Great treatment time. Was running late but the therapist Francesca managed to get the job done brilliantly! Place was clean, cozy and they use sanitised tools for safety and hygiene. Will come back
