Myself and my daughter were treated like absolute royalty when we went to Kaels. As soon as we entered the salon, we felt the wonderfully friendly and accommodating atmosphere from the wonderful crew there. My daughter got the BEST haircut and style from the amazing Lacri who was such a fun and wonderful lady to speak to!
I, myself had the Queen of Pedicures, the fabulous Asia (hope im spelling her name correctly) who was just OUTSTANDING from start to finish! Her attention to detail, care, gentleness and beautiful manner were 2nd to none! Kaels also had the best massage chair i was sitting on throughout the whole pampering experience! Heaven! I was so impressed by Asia! I got some eye brow tint and threading done also by Aisa and yet again I had an exceptional experience. I cannot recommend Kaels enough! We will 100% be returning here when we visit Earls Court again. Thank you to both Asia and Lacri and also the wonderful crew of Kaels! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Did eyebrow threading and the lady messed up my eyebrows, after specifically telling her not to thin it she thinned one brow and arched it and left the other one the way it was supposed to be (see picture for how bad it is). After threading for 15 years, this is the first time someone has messed up my brows this badly. Manager called after saying to come in the next day to fix it. She was overall quite rude and dismissive and has always been this way even in person. I later told her that i won’t come in as i don’t want them to thin the other one and make it worse. I also stated i wanted a refund. She then blocks me on whatsapp and i have not heard back.

Also to note: i have come here multiple times with Fatima doing my brows and she always did a good job. Had another person doing them this time and it was the worst. Horrible service from the manager as well.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Confirmed over the phone and email. Arrived and they were not expecting me. The service was not what was agreed and 1 minute in the FIRE ALARM went off. The alarm was blasting for 10 minutes so had to leave. Requested a refund, and they stop replying to my emails. The booking site TREATWELL apparently waiting for the salon to confirm that I am entitled to a full refund. After many calls they said they will , 7 days later still waiting for them to confirm via email so I get my refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I am reporting the establishment to the council firesafety.

The best blowdry in London. I have curly hair and it's so hard to find someone who can do a decent blowdry with beautiful volume & movement (and without using an iron).
