Booked an appointment. No one spoke to me to say how long they might be or to acknowledge my booking. Didn’t get seen by anyone for at least 25 minutes then a lady sat down to start my manicure, took my colour off, went back to do bits with two other clients. Sat waiting for another 15 minutes with no sign of her ready to come and ask what colour I wanted - I could see they had far too many people for staff and were trying to do too much. I would have probably been sat there for over an hour to get 35/40 minute nails. Walked out.
