I was a loyal client for almost 4 years, and honestly I don’t understand why the level of service has changed so much. Before moving to London, I had never tried this style of nails, and when I first did them here, I completely fell in love with the work. I was always very kind and respectful to all the staff, and I genuinely appreciated the time and energy they put into taking care of my nails. I always tipped because I truly believed the service was excellent. But over time, something changed. I don’t know if it’s the management or the staff, but the experience is no longer the same. And I’m sure that with this kind of treatment and lack of care, they will eventually lose their best long-term clients, just like they lost me. Sometimes it’s not only about getting your nails done, and it’s not only about the money either especially because the service is not cheap. It’s also about quality, attention, and how clients are treated. Sadly, for a while now, my nails have constantly been breaking, and I kept coming back to fix them after only a couple of days, which is simply not normal. I truly wish them the best and hope they start using better quality products again, because this whole experience has honestly been very disappointing.

I’ve now had two treatments with Viorica — a Hydrafacial and an Obagi Blue Peel — and both experiences have been wonderful. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly precise in her work. She took the time to calmly explain each procedure, which immediately made me feel more at ease and genuinely well cared for.

After my Hydrafacial, I already noticed an improvement in my skin, and Viorica thoughtfully recommended the Obagi Blue Peel to help address some persistent (hormonal) acne around my jaw and chin area. I had the treatment done today and I’m very much looking forward to seeing the results.

First time trying this place and it’s an a rip off. Charged £70 for shellac removal and basic manicure with no polish! The appointment lasted half an hour!

They completely overcharged me.

Cost of the manicure when paying by credit card.

It was my first time at this salon.
The nail technician, Alina, did a good gel manicure.

But I was very upset that the salon receptionist charged £60 extra to my card during payment (11 May, 6:40 PM).

I had to come back and sort the issue out. The money was refunded, but my impression of the salon was ruined!!!

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The salon is beautiful, spotless, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail.

I had one of the best treatments I’ve ever had — the results exceeded my expectations. You can really tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction. Everything felt luxurious and personalized.
