I have been to many nail shops in the area and I can honestly say TOM is the best nail tech I've had. He doesn't rush, even if people are waiting. You get a full service and he doesn't cut corners.

I am totally impressed I used to go to this shop previously but it changed owners and I was worried the quality wouldn't be as good but ITS BETTER THAN EVER.

The pedicure was good but the nails are fantastic I was sitting having them done and the people just kept coming in wanting the same.

Im going on holiday I showed him a pretty design and he nailed it. Pardon the pun 😂

He honestly was a lovely boy and nothing was to much to ask for.
I have heard that all the services in the shop are at a fantastic standard.

UPDATE.
BEEN COMING FOR MONTHS NOW AND APPOINTMENTS MEAN NOTHING SO WHEN YOUR ON A TIME FRAME THIS SHOP ISNT FOR YOU 2 TIMES IVE MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND TWICE I HAVE HAD TO WAIT OVER 40 MINS.

i’ve been to a few nail shops around the elm park area, and i feel that this is certainly one of the best! tom is an extremely kind and caring nail tech who pays attention to your every request, i had a lovely time getting my nails done with him and will certainly be returning soon :) thank you!

I had biab nails done in this salon this morning .. amazing service and so happy with the finished result..
I didn’t feel at all rushed she took her time and created the look I asked for .. a nice hand massage at the end which was lovely .. Already booked my next appointment highly recommend.. Ellen x

I dropped in to the salon this morning for a walk in appointment. I had a gel pedicure with Tina. She was really lovely and did an amazing job. She was very professional and didn't make me feel rushed as some nail shops do. I am really pleased with the French nail style I chose and I will definitely be going back.

Came here yesterday for the first time since it’s no longer R&T.

Called up & spoke to Raman (the beauty therapist). She quoted my partner £25 for his back wax including just the tops of the shoulders that need blending in and the neck line.

When we arrived she wasn’t welcoming, the room had a couple of big dead spiders dangling on the wall, the electric heater on full blast with no ventilation, making us feel too hot. Dust was in the room and a plug socket in the wall dangling. Not at all what I used to experience.

Anyway, the only way to describe her waxing style was slapdash. She was clumsy, dripped wax over him, the floor, bed, and even on me when I wasn’t getting waxed. She didn’t even wear gloves. She applied wax on so thickly and pulled the strips in whatever direction she decided on. No technique.

Instead of a thin line on his neck, she basically waxed half his chest! We weren’t impressed and she left a lot of stray hairs that I had to individually pinpoint. She just laughed it all off and called us “fashionable”. She then increased to £30 from the £25. I usually would’ve complained but no management was there.

She threaded my eyebrows for £8! Not worth that money and she changed the shape of them completely.

I’d pay cheap money for this service but definitely not this amount.

Unfortunately will not be returning unless urgent appointment needed.

She said this was her first couple of days here but works in Lakeside. I have a diploma in waxing, threading, and massage, and even someone unqualified could’ve waxed better using home strips. They need the previous therapists from R&T!

THE OWNER REPLIED ASKING ME TO GET IN CONTACT DIRECTLY BUT TRIED MANY TIMES A DAY TO NO AVAIL, AND STAFF HAVE NOT GIVEN ANY CONTACT DETAILS TO ASSIST.

Worst service I have ever received in a nail shop. I went to have acrylics put on for my holiday and the man was falling asleep whilst doing them, I have never been more disappointed with a set of nails which I was made to pay full price for. When I told them that I didn’t like the nails they told me that they couldn’t refund me my money and that they would soak them off for free but that’s all that they could do. I wouldn’t recommend this shop the service is appalling and they do not respect the customers at all.
