I personally don’t even know where to start
If I could, I would’ve given this place zero stars
Firstly, I asked for an all-white French tip design about six times. . I said what I wanted and I was VERY clear on how I wanted it she does something completely different and then when I Complained and said what I wanted she got very rude and started speaking badly about me in her language pointing and laughing at me
I then said, let me stick with something simple because you could never go wrong with an all black set right?
She becomes very aggressive with me, pulling my legs and not really being kind While she’s doing my nails and toes
She then finishes the nails and toes, and it’s just dreadful My nails are very very bumpy. It was not filed down properly and they are very uneven. I’m so upset as someone who doesn’t get their nails done and get themselves done up regularly. I look forward To feeling like myself again and this has been a horrible experience she was very very rude and rushed quite a bit. My nails are SO lumpy and she even cut a lot of skin on my big toe and it’s swollen and red.
I’m honestly just very disappointed. I’m not someone who leaves awful reviews but I would never ever go there again. Customer service was 0 out of 10 very rude Staff i’m just really disappointed. I’m very upset. I work hard and I’d like to get myself done up, but I was just so upset that I had to pay to get this done
If I wasn’t in my work uniform, I honestly would’ve just screamed But I just finished the service paid and I left. I’m so upset.
I definitely don’t recommend you wasting your time coming here. Don’t make the journey. Don’t pay the money. Don’t make the effort to come down here.
Just stick to what you’re used to
Even if you’re new in the area and you want to find a new nail shop, please don’t come here

They damage my nails all the acrylic was on my skin and she cut all my fingers
All 10 fingers different shape and all colour on my skin
And when I complain she was so rude and told me go out of shop

They just playing with they kids in the salon and shouting
Not respecting costumer
Don’t waste you time and your money also you health

They are very unhygienic do not clean there equipment , my fingers is now infected due to the man and the woman digging their nails into my finger , wouldn’t recommend them at all!

Its good value for what you get, they always do good painting of nails but sometimes I'm not sure if they know what I want as they dont seem like they're listening. Also its cash only but overall satisfied, salon nothing fancy...its just a quick turnover of customers.

Worst experience of my life. The whole shop is disgusting and covered in their personal belongings, random chairs/dishes/general mess all over the shop and baby toys everywhere. Worst I have ever seen in my life. Staff are eating food and then touching clients without washing hands.

Staff were extremely rude, no customer service or communication at all. They were clearly making fun of me. Lots of shouting across the shop and making personal phone calls out loud.

Looks like they are sleeping in the same shop they are doing nails based on the extreme levels of mess and dirt.

Always had a great experience in this salon and just seen all the negative reviews so thought I would add a photo of the amazing work they always do to my nails, apart from one time when they were too thick but I have been here for many years otherwise and they never fail at nails… yes they are cheaper than some salons around this area but for their cheapness their work is great and sometimes they do overcharge but the prices are on the wall and if you request gel it is extra so check the board before you have the nails done

I visited this nail bar on Sunday 18/06/23 to have my nails done for a Father's Day outing, and they did a terrible job. Appalling job, to say the least. I had new sets of extensions, and the gel polish lasted less than 24hours. I have never seen that before because the gel polish is meant to last longer than a normal polish. It is pricier because of durability. The lady was terribly rude with a bad attitude. She was imposing her opinion on the type of length I should have when I asked her to cut my nails short to my preferred length. Even on the type of gel colour. I don't think they are aware of the competition around where they are located, and I intend to go back to the shop to demand my refund or to get them redone properly for free. The nails were terribly shaped, and the nail powder looked unprofessionally finished and bulky. She did a shoddy job. I could not address it at the time because I needed to be somewhere else.
Just to let you know that I am coming for my refund or to have them redone.

Worst nail shop I have ever visited. The whole shop is a dirty mess, they are rude and the nails are rubbish!
They absolutely butchered my nails. Manicure lasted an hour before my nails started cracking and pedicure was terrible. They have random family members earing their food throughout the shop, they don't event make conversation with their customers.
