Had my nails done tonight they stayed open for me until 21:00 absolutely love how my nails turn out every time! I showed them a picture of what I wanted and it is spot on!! Would never go anywhere else but here

I got my first nails done here and I absolutely love it.
My bf’s auntie and sister recommended here so.
The lady who did my nails she was so good, quick and quality.
She kept checking if the shape and length are correct and the price was only £40 for full set.

Please don’t let the older guy do your nails!
I haven’t had an issue with any of the other nail techs in the shop but the older male clearly just hasn’t been trained and there is no way he should be doing anyone’s nails. I don’t think it’s fair to charge anyone full price when they go to this technician. I asked for a French full set, it was honestly the worst set of nails I’ve ever had done. My nail beds have been drilled into and destroyed. The nails appeared to be all different lengths and shapes. The paint was so bad I went to another shop to get a repaint straight after. I know I should have complained when I was there, but it’s not in my nature to cause a scene in a busy shop so I paid full price. But this really shouldn’t happen to anyone else.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Walked in was told it was an hour wait. Came back after an hour just to be told to wait another hour. As a nail shop customer service should be at its best to ensure people return but clearly they cannot communicate or speak English effectively. They also seemed to be racist to people of colour. Served everyone in the shop even others who had walked in after. Waste of time and if I could give zero stars I would.

Went for a biab set only to find out they actually used gel on my nails. Snapped within days as it was so thin!! Had to go to another place to get my nails redone. Complete waste of money !
