Come here a few times to get my nails done in the past but my best friend always comes here so thought I would give another go.
First set was ok, but the 2nd set when I returned 3 weeks later was definitely rushed. It was a last minute booking but if they didn’t want me to come, they should have cancelled and I would have rebooked for another day.
The biab was so chunky at the top but really thin at the bottomand I broke a nail within 2 days of having them done. Lifting then started to happen just after a week. I had the similar issue previously with the same salon hense why I stopped before.
My nails have never felt weaker, they feel like paper, so thin!
I think I’ll steer clear from this salon now due to this.

I have been coming to this nail salon for the past 8 months and have never had a problem. The staff seem friendly and polite. I have only ever had the Male owner do my nails. He has always been polite and chatty.

However the last time I booked my appointment I had to wait an extra 30 mins without being informed they were running behind. So this lead me to have to pay extra on my parking. Which i wouldn't mind if there had been some sort of communication.

Once seated the owner became very argumentative because I asked a question regarding my nails. I thought he stick two tips on one nail as they were different colours. He told me not to worry about what's he's doing the nails will look the same at the end. Then fell silent for the whole nail appointment making it very awkward.
I showed him a picture of the nail design I wanted. Halfway through he asked me to show him the picture again as I did this i accidently knocked the nails drying. He got very annoyed by this and kept huffing and puffing.

When my nails were finished and I went to pay he charged me for infills and for tips and design when the tips are part of the design.
When i questioned this he was very rude with his response.

All my tips were uneven, the gel was bumpy and nail lengths were not the same.

I had a my toes done by Jimme yesterday. It was only a polish change but the service he gave was very much extra. My toes look and feel amazing. He took his time to cut them down and also cut away the corners and shape them beautifully. It’s the best my toes have looked in a long time. The colour I chose can sometimes show the nail underneath if not finished properly. Jimme took his time to apply the right amount of coats to give a smooth and solid finish. He is very friendly and professional and chats away making the whole experience very pleasant. I will be booking my next pedicure with him for sure.

I have always had a great experience with this shop. The staff are all very friendly and offer the extra touch of service by offering a drink (hot or cold) which you don’t get with other nail shops. The shop owner always makes me feel comfortable and asks about my day and family. I love the service and feeling I get when I visit. I have been using this shop for over 2 years now my daughter also has her nails done here and Iv bought my mum. We all love it.

Got my pedicure with Jimmy, and it was an amazing experience! My nails turned out so lovely absolutely flawless. No complaints at all. The customer service was just great Jimmy was so attentive, friendly, and professional. The whole atmosphere was relaxing, and I left feeling pampered and refreshed. Highly recommend!
