This salon is no longer called Nails Elm Spa — it’s now called Angelic Nails with new owners, and I honestly had such a great experience!

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and they did my nails perfectly, exactly how I wanted them for my holiday. Their attention to detail was amazing, and you can really tell they care about their work.

I also really appreciated that they offer HEMA-free BIAB, as I’m sensitive to the HEMA chemical found in some nail products. It’s so nice to find a salon that caters to this while still delivering beautiful results.

So happy with my nails and the overall experience — this will definitely be my new salon! 💅✨

Been coming here for years. However seems new management have taken over the past few months. I don’t get a good service anymore. Had an appointment booked in for half 10 and the asked me to come back later that day. For me personally there’s not much customer service or apologies. Also had a couples occasions where my gel nail paint hasn’t lasted. Real shame tbh.

We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your visit. However, after checking our records, we didn’t have an appointment booked under your name at that time. As we were fully booked with scheduled clients, we kindly asked you to return later so we could provide proper service without rushing.
We always do our best to accommodate walk-ins when possible, but appointments are prioritised to ensure fairness for all clients.
