Google I was offered a free 10 minute massage by the lovely staff. They are very nice and friendly and i had a great experience. 10 minutes does not feel like a long time but it is definitely worth it, I would do it again

Google I got a biab/gel manicure on the Friday and 2 days later it had already lifted off on one nail leaving a sticky uncured layer underneath (which stains whatever I touch with it). Also the biab seems droopy on some of the nails as well. I had reached out to them on their online contact form and asked if there's anything they can do but did not get a reply. Disappointing.

Google I was very politely offered a free massage by the friendly Jessica, as I waited for my flight. I must admit, I did wonder how much she'd be able to do in five minutes but it was a surprisingly thorough and very enjoyable back, neck and shoulder massage. The perfect end to a busy week in London before heading home. I'll definitely pop by the next time I'm in City Airport.

Google Such an uplifting experience. I had a hand and arm massage before a flight home on a Sunday night. Just amazing Dayna had the touch of an angel and I felt great! Would definitely add this into my schedule next time I fly out on LCY
