I rarely leave reviews, but this experience warrants one. I booked a manicure with gel polish, and the technician who attended to me didn't speak English, which was manageable, but many details were lost in translation. He prepped my nails for acrylic without a manicure, despite my clear request not to do so. Later, a lady came to translate and explained he doesn't speak English, and only then did they proceed with the manicure after the prepping. He cut my nails short, and the ring finger was noticeably shorter and uneven compared to the others. I politely addressed the unevenness, but she dismissively replied, " SO WHAT , IT WILL GROW BACK She then ignored me and returned to her other client. When I questioned the level of customer care, she murmured something in her language. She sat there with the next client, neglecting my concerns. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very bad customer service. The staff member named Princess was extremely rude and unprofessional. She overcharged us, and when we asked for a hair layer cut, she simply cut it straight without listening.

When we said we were not satisfied, instead of fixing the issue or apologising, she told us to pay and leave. This behaviour was unacceptable and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place based on this experience.

Love my nails and pedicure! Everything was done so neatly and the attention to detail was great. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted, and the pedicure was super relaxing and left my feet feeling amazing. The whole experience was really comfortable and I felt well looked after. I’ve already had lots of compliments and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I appreciated that the salon was able to take me as a walk-in, and the fairness of their prices. However, issues did arise when I told the nail tech that I wasn’t happy with the color, before he finished applying it, but he kept dismissing my thoughts despite my concerns. Later, I noticed there were noticeable lumps and creasing under the nail polish. The nails weren’t properly dusted before he started painting. There were pros and cons to my visit, and unfortunately I wasn’t fully satisfied with the work done. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the atmosphere of the shop and general kindness of the staff.

Definitely my new go-to salon, my experience was amazing. I called 30 minutes beforehand to see if there was walk-in availability (there was). Among arrival, we got started right away, Hong did my nails and he was absolutely amazing. He paid attention the details and consistently communicated with me throughout the process, making sure I was happy his work, making any changes that I felt necessary. The process was about an hour and 15 minutes and the price was very reasonable. Everyone else in the salon was also super friendly. Definitely go and visit if you’re in the area and need a new salon!

Wanted a new eyebrow place in the area. The lady was lovely and she did a brilliant job. The problem was the venue. It was so disgustingly hot. I get that London only has a few heatwaves a year but it just felt so cruel for the staff to have to work in those conditions. I imagine it’s always pretty hot and stuffy in there. I couldn’t wait to leave. The room had a pathetic fan - it should be relaxing for treatments. It’s a shame as it just puts me off knowing management don’t care about their staff. The lady didn’t complain but I could tell she was struggling. Not enjoyable.

I use to go this place sadly wont after today Thursday lady who does eyebrows not enough bring young child at work place what shouldn't be she was let me wait for over 20 minute while she done my friend when was my turn she said there is another person waiting she did not clarify that when we came and woman who said was first was having done pedicure and then decided she want something else done 🤔 from my knowledge first coms first served over there and just because u have pedicure done dont mean u automatically first for other treatments if this accure and i would of being on position of pedicure lady i would respect person who came during the time of me having pedicufe and wait for my turn like anyone else not pressure to be first i am customer who value someone's work and always left nice tips after work been done but today no thanks horrible experience person who run the place should check this behaviour I would definitely share my experience with others too
