I had a full set powder colour done here a week ago and the costumer service was awful. I tried my best to explain what I was looking for (simple design) and they kept talking to each other in their own language and check at the time to tell me to hurry up.
She did not prepare my nails at all!
No preparation which means no pushing back cuticles, no trimming no shaping or cutting of my nails despite the fact that my nails needed it. She said my nails are already cleaned.
It’s been a week like I said and the work she had done started detaching and my dried cuticles are visible. I spent £30 for it and it is not worth it. If you look for a good work don’t go there.
Honestly don’t waste your time and money there.

I was initially profoundly delighted with my nails, they looked absolutely sumptuous and beautifully done. However, less than a week later, two of them had already broken, which was rather disappointing.

I returned to have them fixed, as one naturally would, but was charged £7 for repairs on nails that had only been done days prior. Frankly, I find this quite unacceptable. When paying for a refill or full set, one reasonably expects the results to last longer than a single week.

To add to this, I was told that I had been advised to remove all of the nails, which is simply not true, no such recommendation was ever made during my prior visit.

Overall, while the initial result was commendable, the lack of durability combined with the absence of goodwill in addressing the issue has left me rather dissatisfied. A more accommodating approach, particularly given the short timeframe, would have been both appropriate and appreciated.

Honestly, dont waste your time they ruined my nail bed, I had damage for 2 months after I had my gel nails done here.

They didnt even offer standard buffing and prep before doing the gel, they claimed it was extra cost (which I was happy to pay but I assumed its standard for a manicure everywhere 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

After paying for my nails I love going to this salon but they seem to worried about rushing to get more ppl threw door or are always in rush and having nail and toe nail and they look awful I do hate writing this review but had to be said am not very happy
